When Chloe finds first-season's bee girl out and about, she's shocked to find the girl was actually RELEASED from Belle Reeve [spelling?] after being cured of her power, and the only side effect is memory loss. But when Sasha is alone again, the good Doctor Curtis Knox who cured her of her power kills her.
Chloe then researches the doctor. She wants the cure. She writes a note to Jimmy that tells him that after that night she probably wouldn't remember him, so he should find somethings that will help her understand why they should be together.
Knox is working with Lex and his collection of meteor freaks. But something leads Lex to shoot Knox. It doesn't hurt him.
Clark saves Lex from Knox and gets him to the hospital. At the hospital Lex tells Clark that Lana stole a large sum of money from him. He also warns Clark that Curtis Knox has been alive for many centuries, and he's immortal.
When Clark gets back to the farm, he confronts Lana. She tells him that the money was hers from their marriage. She didn't steal it. Kara is there too. The Martian Manhunter who has been helping Clark since the episode LABYRINTH (6.12) shows up and Kara is very mad about it. He killed her father, Clark's uncle. She speeds out to the barn, but can still hear Clark and the Manhunter's conversation. He tells Clark about how dangerous Kara's family is, and the only way to stop her is to get the crystal that was in the ship when it was destroyed.
Jimmy is met unexpectedly by Kara. She asks him to get the tape Lois had of the spaceship and try to fix it so she can see it... and he does it! After they have cleaned a bit of the tape, Chloe catches the two of them together and assumes the worst. Ignoring Clark's doubts, she goes in to get the cure. Soon after entering the room, she knows something is wrong and tries to escape, unsuccessfully.
Dr. Knox wants to use Chloe's heart to make his wife immortal, like him. Clark saves Chloe and destroys the immortalization project.
When Chloe gets back to the Daily Planet, Jimmy shows her why they should be together, even though she remembers him. Then she breaks up with him.

A few people I've heard comments from didn't like the episode at all. I thought it was pretty good. Except for how corny Kara's flying looks. I didn't want Chloe and Jimmy to break up. At all. And that's why I'm not a writer on the show.... And because My age, but whatever.
Do you think Lana really stole the money?
It sort of matches with episode 6.03. She tells Clark that she commited a crime. And in the previews they made it seem like a big deal, but in the episode they didn't.
And if Kara and Jimmy get together, I'm going to be pretty ticked. Kara bugs me.
