Oh no, I missed us(Sweden). Ah well.
- EDIT I can't decide if I like Armenia or not. It's like they had three different songs in one.

I kinda felt cheated when Greece won with a Swedish singer (You are the one, my only one blabla bla).
But don't people write for different countries all the time, no matter which country they belong too?
***
Even tough I don't like out entry, Iceland, Denmark and Norway are really good. I'm proud of my neighbours.
PS. I count Iceland as a neighbour because we both belong to "the Nordic" countries(Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland).

Well, when English speaking people use the term Nordic, it might not mean what it means for Sweden people (We say "Norden"=The nordic countries or "Nordiska"= Nordic)
I'm not sure why we're group together, since I'm bad at our history, but I guess it comes down to that we're some sort of union(maybe because we used to conquer each other the whole the time and have lots in common hehe). It's only by name tough, we can't effect each others government or something. Denish, Norweigan and Swedish is almost the same language and we have a lot in common language wise with Iceland as well, but Finnish is very very different(but we conquered them a lot so in the south I think they speak Swedish better than Finnish.

Wow!!! I just got back from the gym on time to watch the recap live on the Internet. (I swear to God, the recap started the second the video came on!!).
So of all the performances, Patricia Kass was probably the worst. I only got a glimpse of her song but it sounded horrible.
As for the rest.... a lot of cheeziness. Can't believe my eyes. Like every year.
Did they change the rules or something? I am under the impression that this year a lot of singers have sung in their native language. I like that! I'm just disappointed Spain hasn't sung in Spanish.
Also, it seems like Russia has put on quite the show. Good job!
Oh and it's awesome that the hosts say a few things in French every now and then!! Ahaha.
Sorry I'm trying to catch up!

I see, well theres a lil bit of knowledge for me!! haha EDIT - My family think SWEDEN will win!! I'm going for Ukraine now though.... sorry!! That's okay, I wouldn't vote for us either if I could. Not only because I'm cheap, but because I'm not into opera-ish songs. But too be fair, I can't remember the song that well. I want Germany too win. He's awesome.

Norway is so going to win apparently. But good job the UK!
Yay, France just got ten points from Russia.
By the way France giving the most points to Israel and Turkey?? How political.
O point for Spain so far? Was it that bad?

Well maybe Ireland will give Uk 12!! You never know!! haha Ahaha, well in that case France should be able to count on its many neighbors too! I think France should get 12 points from Spain, Andorra, Monaco, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium!! And let's include the UK too. :-p :-p

How come Italy practically never makes it to the final in this Eurovision contest?

Apparently the four countries that France has given most points to over the years are:
1. The UK! Really? I thought we were best ennemies! 2. Israel, probably the Jewish community 3. Turkey, no doubt about that, it's the Turkish community 4. Portugal, AGAIN the Portuguese community!!
This is why this contest is a joke. Most people don't vote, it's only the immigrants who vote for their respective countries!!

hello romania! ;D ! i can't think who she looked like it's going to annoy me now
i actually like all of the top 4 performances, so i'm not complaining i don't think norway really deserved to beat the others by that many points tho turkey and azberwhatsit we're really good
oh and did anyone else think that the guy giving the greek votes looked like an 80 yr old paul o'grady?

But they are more than welcome to come back it they want, maybe they got fed up with block voting, who knows!!! 2010 in Norway!! WOOP! That's close for me. Anyone know how much those tickets cost? I might be able to go. Wait, I don't understand Norweigan. Denmark & Norway can understand us, but we can't understand them. It's gets awkward. If I speak English in Norway, so they would speak English back, they would still hear I'm Swedish and think I'm a weirdo.

YAY. We came 5th. Thats the best we have done in ages. Im glad Norway won. My favourites were Norway, Iceland, Germany and Armania ;D. If either of those four one I still would have been happy. I dont get why Turkey did so well, I didnt like them.
P.S. Did anyone see the violinist elbow Jade as she was walking down the steps? (UK)
EDIT: I think this year almost every country upped there game and for the first time in years it was actually a competition. I liked a whole load of them. Besides from the ones I already said. France was so French lol. Thats what I loved about it. I dont think the French woman was mega famous Evilwillowrocker. I think they said she was only mega famous in Russia (Which gave her 10) and France (Who ant vote). I also liked the woman who sand after Armania (Cant remember which country it was). The image behind her was of her getting older.
