I don't know if Sweden have made it through or not... UK always do cos we put tons of money in the EU, but our song = crap lol I think our song is amazing lol. My Time is my time is a really good song and whoever sings it is a great singer. I think this year we actually stand a chance lol. I actually heard it before I knew it was our entry and I loved it. I think the second part of the semi's is on Thursday, not tomorrow. Did you watch the semies tonight?

OMG *googling eurovision sweden* We have to make it. Even tough we had had some sucky songs lately(sucky compared to what the rest of the countries have) *listening to the Swedish entry* www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4kHUO6wOmMWe're done. It's not bad, it's actually powerful, it just won't get many votes. When she sings in English... meh and the rest... something more pop-like will win. Or someone who shows some skin. Or has a catchy tune.

The Eurovision contest has become so pointless over the past years. It's a joke. We all know that the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and other so called "western" countries stand no chance against the eastern countries. They all vote for each other.
I also hate the fact that most countries sing in English. France has been the only country resisting that trend and trying to offer a song in its own language almost every year.

I recorded the first part of the semi-finale yesterday and will watch it together with the second part tonight. I did not see or hear any songs yet (beside of the german one, man, I have the feeling it will be a blamage again, but hey at least I get to see Dita von Teese stripping). so, yeah, I'm pretty excited about saturday, like every year, my friends and me gonna watch it together at a friends place some of my favorite Eurovision songs I remember right now: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDSYlRCXQLYwww.youtube.com/watch?v=xSfsDjCsU5Mwww.youtube.com/watch?v=YwpUyskvQ00

im so excited.
I love eurovision. I missed it last year cos it was the same night as my SummerBall.
Me and friends back at home usually do a eurovision party, and each get to be a country, lol. Its really sad but enjoyable. hehe.

Stakey that sounds quite cool actually!!! hahaha lol. Its fun as a friend group thing. One year we decided you had to wear something in relation to your country...which was kinda hard for some of the more random ones. I think I had Sweden or something, and found a towel in my house with a label saying Made In Sweden, so I made some necklace out of a towel label, hahahaha. Like I said, lame, but fun at the sametime. Especially when the vodka jelly is involved. Looking forward to this year has Iv decided to not check out any of the acts beforehand, so itll all be a surprise, and I can mock them all, best thing about eurovision afterall. That and Terry Wogans commentary.lol.

I saw sweden on the tv last night but did not know it was sweden. I like the song but she isnt too great a singer. Sawing that, Sweden is one of very few that actually deserved to make it to the final ;D
EDIT: Armania and Malta were great. Maltas would have been better if a back-up choir came in near the end ;D

Irelands is so crap this year and have been for the past few years. They didnt make it to the final this year or last year. They used to be so great in the past too. They won it more than any other country and it was held here for three years in a row at one point
