...in season 2?
Given what happened to him in "Briar Rose", do you think he'll be returned to his normal self and placed on staff, leave the house forever, or do you have another theory?

i don't know. it would be cool if he became a staff member, adn then he and Claire Saunders/Whiskey did something cool, like take down the Dollhouse from within or something. i'd just like to see that alliance between two Dolls-turned-people.

Honestly, I was devastated when he was cut. Enver is a remarkable actor, and I'd be so disappointed if Victor was put on staff, never to have an accent or "man reaction" again. Plus, if he was put on staff, how would he pursue Sierra? Talk about weird situations.
However, I have no idea how they would keep him active, and I REALLY don't want to see him leave. So I'm stuck.

Well the situation with Victor can be resolved several ways. Like you said he could be placed on staff just like Whiskey was. Perhaps be imprinted as an in house security officer. Another scenerio could be plastic surgery. Just because Whiskey never had any surgery done doesn't mean Victor will be left to her fate.
Of course Joss could decide to just leave Victor in his doll state. Whiskey was imprinted as Dr. Saunders because they needed a doctor to replace the one Alpha had killed. There is no pressing need to have Victor replace anyone. So we could end up seeing the ramifications of what happened, the other doll's reaction to him, perhaps him feeling left out when passed up for missions...we might even see him used in some new capacity outside his usually engagements. Personally I'm looking forward to seeing where his story goes next.

This is why I'm so happy we're getting a second season. So many unanswered questions. It's a tough call to say what's gonna happen to Victor. The only thing I can think of is he'll become a staff member like Whiskey did, but then again this show is so unpredictable. We could be in for a big surprise.

Well, then again, some ppl find scars sexy. It may not necessarily exclude him from romantic engagements if a client happens to have that particular fetish.
Whiskey's scars healed quite nicely, almost to the point where they were barely noticeable, so Victor's might, too

Maybe Season 2 picks up a few months later, and to save budget costs Joss decides to have them be already healed.  But if that doesn't happen, I like the idea of Victor just being sent out on assassin-type engagements. |
