Spike always annoyed me actually so I was glad they killed him off... until they brought him back!! But he did bring some fresh air to Angel I think. I enjoyed the Spike/Angel rivalry.

I voted for S2, but it was really hard to choose! I was trying to think of these events from Buffy's perspective,and it was a toss-up between 2 & 7 as to which one she was more overwhelmed in and which one she did more of the "hard decisions''.
