People have been talking about this a bit, so i thought i'd make a seperate thread. well, here it is! www.youtube.com/user/StarKidPotterit's INCREDIBLE! a lot of it is parody, and it is very very funny adn entertaining. the acting is spectacular and i love the music. parts are innapropriate, though, so look out. |

That would be cool if they had a stage musical, I would want to go to it. Harry Potter is awesome and it would be good in any form. My computer doesn't like youtube lol or I would watch the video  |

I'll check out a few more of the videos posted by this musical person, and see if I'm a fan. The first one was mildly amusing, but I'm not sold yet.

I've just watched parts 1 - 4, but I don't have time to watch them all tonight... how long is it? Act 1 seems to go for 2 hrs or so and then there is a second Act!
I want to watch it cos it was funny and interesting ( I love Draco!).
Some of the parts annoy me (Dumbledore, Ron, Ginny)
But overall its pretty cool, and quite well produced.

it's about two hours. it's also been censored now that StarKidPotter (the people who wrote/directed it) knows younger kids are watching. it was a little funnier before, and there were some VERY innapropriate jokes, but they're mostly gone now. irt still has most of the really good jokes in it though. (watch ACT 1 parts 3, 4, and 7 to get the hilariouisness of it. those are three of the best little scenes)
you should watch the rest of it, guys. it gets TOTALLY AWESOME! And yeah, SecretScoob, Draco (played by Lauren Lopez) is most people's favorite character, just because she rolls around on the floor for haklf the musical XD

I finished A Very Potter Musical last night, and thought it was great! I actually liked Harry/Ginny in this 'verse; As did I Quirrell/Voldy. And Draco/Hermione needed to be resolved! D: Screw Ron/Hermione!! Draco, Harry, Voldemort, Snape, Ginny, Dumbledore were my personal favorites. (Almost the whole cast. xD) I'm almost 1/2 through A Very Potter Sequel, and I'm loving it just as much! Umbridge is hilarious. And Draco's interactions with his Daddy are to die for. (And the Scarf of Sexual Preference. lmfao. Love it.) Darren Criss is amazing; I love his portrayal of Harry, especially when he acts really shallow. I think he pulls it off perfectly. And Lauren Forgotherlastname is the best Draco Malfoy; Sorry, Tom Felton. Hahaha. The way she rolls around everywhere is hilarioussss. |
