A friendly warning about Forbidden Planet

I don't like spreading hearsay, but I thought you guys should know that Forbidden Planet(mainly/only co.uk not .com, they're different stores or something) is said to have had some problems with rude customer service, cancelled orders and credit card frauds.

In case you've been a victim of FP, or just need to be aware that ordering from FP might be a bad idea, it could be good to check that thread.

PS. There's a difference between co.uk and .com and the stores, so we don't lump them together.

Yeah, i'd heard this. Good idea posting it on here Sky, i'd also heard the service with the marvel equivalent of the buffy figures is supposed to be pretty poor.

My last order, my credit card bounced and I wasn't informed for a month after it happened. I only found out because I emailed asking where my stuff was. I'm still not sure what happened there tbh.

Their delivery times are a joke anyway, I'd avoid using them when possible.

TST are a far worse company though.
