He deserved to be fleshed out some. This is new. The power, the feeling, the hunger. Where am I? It's dark, I can barely move. This strength. There must be a way out of here. I punch up and the wood splinters, the dirt starts pouring in. A coffin? Oh yeah, I remember. Harmony, that was her name, promised me enternal life. Start digging, I need to quell the bloodlust. I had to read the drabble a few times to really get into it because the focus is not on a character I readily identify with but...
Wow! What a daring and unusual take on this writing prompt. I never would have had such an abstract thought.
Very good!

I love this idea - go for the total unknown rather than one of the Big Bads. Well executed too!

I think this is a fantastic idea! A really unique and interesting take on a 'villian' that we never got to 'meet' per se.
It was very enjoyable know what was going to happen to him and watch his newly vampire-brain sorting out his bloody, power-hungry thoughts only to be dusted! Hahaha...

I think this is very believable. I've read quite a few vampire fics and think I have a idea of how a newly risen vamp from the Buffyverse would feel, and this drabble fits into that idea.
It's also well written. The vampire's thoughts are random, yet well structured.

I admire this piece for being brave enough to go nameless. It reminds me of The Chain actually in this regard. The tragedy of identity that is cut of from being formed. Of course, in a vampire's case it's "good" that he's killed. But still, great job in shaping a newly born vampire's POV. Very well-written and confidently executed.
