I really wished Cordelia returned to Sunnydale for the very last episode of Buffy.. They all returned to Sunnydale Highschool, and Cordelia was an important character in the Sunnydale Highschool episodes the first three seasons... Why has she never made a comeback? I really loved to see Cordelia back in the last episode.. I mean; Angel returned too... I know she was a spirit or something at that time, but she could made a appearance as a ghost or something when Willow was busy with the spells..

Cordelia was in a coma at the time of "Chosen" and Charisma Carpenter was heavily pregnant. It just wasn't feasible to have her show up for a gratuitous appearance in Buffy.
She was, however, supposed to mentioned in the episode. Angel was going to tell Buffy about his relationship with Cordelia and Connor, but I believe limited shooting time prevented that scene from being filmed.

I always wished that Cordelia had met up with the gang again after her move to LA, but alas it did not happen (except for the meetings with Oz and Buffy in Angel S1).

The fact Chosen was expanded into an Hour long really pisses me off. This would have been an interesting scene. grrr. People always say they wish it was a two parter but I like it how Chosen is a standalone but plot wise I just see the caleb episodes as a massive 5 parter. But an hour long running time for Chosen would have been nice.

i'm thinking about it and it doesn't seem to work for me. i would have loved to have cordelia in season 7 at some point, but i don't really see her coming in and being like: OH HAYYY GUYS! I'M GONNA HELP YOU CLOSE THE HELLMOUTH NOW 'KAY!
i honestly thought that Cordelia, Gunn, Wesley, and Fred were going to go to Sunnydale when buffy died. and would return to LA when Angel returned to LA...

Also, hadn't CC already had the baby by the end of season 4/7? Cuz it looks like she had the baby by the time of 'Home'. But I think Angel mentioning his relationship with Cordy and Connor would have been nice in 'Chosen'. However, if that did happen, he would've slide just right over it and continue on with the 'cookie' speech. He was into Buffy then again

I'd have to say no, and the same for the Tara 'wish scene' urban myth. Season 7 was continuity heavy already they struggled to keep the focus and give everyone something to do not only with the Scoobies (hello Xander and Dawn and the pointless car/taser sequence) but Faith (wasted really except for some nice chats with Spike and Wood) and Giles and Robin and Anya and so it goes. Angel's (non) reappearance was lame except for Spike's reaction.
Cordelia (i would argue) was more important to ATVS than to BTVS anyway, although frankly at that point, pre-the very wonderful 'You're Welcome', no Cordelia was just a blessing.
One of the great things about Chosen is how it finally comes back to the core gang, as it should.

One of the main reasons that the crossovers kinda stopped after about Angel season two was because they were on different networks. Buffy had moved to UPN and Angel was still on the WB and trying to communicate contracts between two networks for something like that is extremely difficult/impossible. Also Joss really wanted the shows to be able to stand on their own since they were growing apart in terms of style and context.

It would be cool if all of Angels gang came to help. I disagree. Angel's gang had nothing to do with what was going on in Sunnydale. That wouldn't be fair to Xander, Willow, Buffy and Giles to be out shined by guest appearances by Angel's gang. Just like it wouldn't have been fair to put Buffy in the last episode of Angel. The last episode of both shows needed to be about the people who fought with Buffy and Angel the longest. For that reason, I don't think it would have been a good idea for Cordy to come back. Yes she was involved with the scoobies for seasons 1-3, but she didn't really have a huge impact. She was mainly vampire bate in season 1. The only reason she was heavily involved in season 2 was because of her relationship with Xander. And season 3 she had a more minimal role. I consider her an Angel character more so than a Buffy character. She had a lot more to do in Angel and was really in the trenches more in that show. It wouldn't have been appropriate to have Cordy show up in the last episode.

i wouldn't of liked Cordy showing up at the end, or during any big battle really
an awkward encounter with the gang during season 4/5 could of been entertaining enough though i always wanted Anya and Cordy to meet
