So during Season 6 Dawn is in Junior High. This kinda contradicts the line from Tough Love about her already having K-8 dropped into her head by the monks before she's in school for Season 5, but eh - they could have just retconned her to be a Freshman for Season 6.

So: Season 6 - Freshman/9th grade in Junior High.

Couldn't they just have been teaching freshman-level classes at the junior high building? Since the actual high school was still under construction?

Oh, and the "one Starbucks town" comment could just have been an exaggeration to emphasise the size of Sunnydale. It might not have been literal.

also in season 6 which is another continuity error:

*paraphrasing* Dawn and Anya are in their living room and Anya is trying to cover up the fact that ___ and ___ are having sex (i don't remember, i'm sorry) and

Dawn goes: "You know i'm in high school right?!?"

Anya: "Of course you are!"

I haven't read the entire thread, so sorry if I'm wrong, but wasn't she a freshman/junior then(she mentioned it in All the way). Maybe she went to high school in another town.
