I don't think this episode will be boring at all. Each episode that has been the latest has been my new favorite and I don't think that will stop...
More of Adelle and possibly Sierra with her engagement imprint.
Hope there's some Victor in there to.
I love Sierra and Victor together! (I was one to freak out when I saw him with Adelle!)
As for Paul and Mellie they are so over...But in the beginning I found them cute together. But I'm pretty sure it's done...he'll be too busy looking into her past...
Can't wait! ^_^

I think Echo's engagement sounds boring but the rest sounds pretty interesting. I'm ready to be proved wrong though.

I'm really looking forward to episode ten. The first nine were great, so I'm sure this won't be any different. The title "Haunted" sounds interesting. I'm spoiler free, so I don't have a clue what it means. This sounds like an episode that will be a must-watch!  |

Thats so cool! lol Bad Horse. I should change my name to that!  Anyway this episode sounds kinda cool and creepy at the same time. I hope i dont work friday so i can watch it. If not i will watch it like 20 times on HULU. |

Well actually, an interview confirmed that Sierra's 'secret' engagement is making her a perfect girl for Topher... similar to the Victor/Adelle engagements |

This show is finding new ways to kick my ass every week.
This may have been a mythology-lite episode, but it was possibly the best one yet. Great story, probably Eliza's best acting job to date. New, startling implications, with both Boyd and Nick pointing out that dolls could be used to grant virtual eternal life to a person.
Really warmed up to Topher here, too. Everyone expected he'd want Sierra for sex, but he just wanted a friend he could relate to. And Dichen makes a great Geek Girl.
And we got another scene of Mellie wearing just a long shirt. Have I ever mentioned how much I like it when Mellie wears just a long shirt? :smart:
I just hope there's somebody at Fox who realizes what a tragedy it would be to let this show die.

Knowing this would be a standalone, I wasn't expecting much, but this was such an enjoyable episode, hilarious and heart-wrenching.
The whole Margaret and the solving the murder thing was great. It got slow a little in the middle, but it was very enjoyable. Eliza was very convincing, I think this was her best performance yet. The kissing scene was hilarious! Really liked how in the end she could fix everything she did wrong. The very end was so sad! Good to see yet another more-human side to Adelle.
I enjoyed the uncomfortableness while watching the Paul and Mellie scenes. It use to be cute, and now it's just awkward, loved how that was handled. That enjoyable uncomfortableness turned into pure uncomfortableness when they started having sex, I can't believe Paul did that. Some nice Mellie backstory too. Also liked that we got to see Loomis again, I really enjoyed the scenes between her and Paul.
The Topher and Sierra scenes were something else that started so funny and then turned into something so sweet. Aw Adelle, I love that she let him do that.
Really good episode!

This was a fantastic episode. It had two extremely brilliant scenes, probably some of the best yet in the show so far. First was early on after the funeral when Margaret/Echo was talking with her son, daughter and brother and stood completely still while she basically figured out how those closest to her really thought about her. Eliza's expressions and reactions were so genuine as she tried to defend herself that I was just floored. Loooooved it.
Next were the scenes with Paul. Just watching his face whenever Mellie talked was fantastic. You could see how disgusted he was with himself, so much so that I thought for sure he was going to screw everything up and send her away. Then they took this entire process of self loathing and hate one step further when he slept with her, it was almost mind boggling just thinking about what Ballard must be going through later when he was in the shower. I just love that they "went there" and really explored how dark and twisted Paul's situation is with Mellie. Good thing that next week he'll actually find the Dollhouse, because I don't know how much longer he could keep up these appearances with Mellie.
The Topher/Sierra plot in this episode was also good. Dichen was especially wonderful as Topher's geeky counterpart. I also loved the scene with Adelle at the end, as she watches Topher celebrate his birthday with Sierra. Just adds another level to her character and it is really sweet that she recognizes his loneliness and allows him a few days of happiness every year on his birthday.
For an episode that could have been just another superfluous stand alone, we got some deep, deep stuff this week.
