It was okay.
I guess I'm just not agreeing with the creators anymore about what this show should be.
It's not you, honey. It's me.

PHENOMENAL is not a strong enough word. it was so good!
Alpha was terrifying. i was actually a little bit afraid of him. i loved the part where all his personalities are talking and it was something like "I'm not kidding, i'm not joking, we're not bluffing, well, i'm bluffing, bu the rest of us! we're not kidding" it was so well acted, on everyone's part. i also loved the big reveal during the lapdance with the half cut up guy, when it turns out to be Whiskey and not Echo.
Amy Acker was amazing. every time she said "Yes, please" when offered a treatment it reminded me so much of Illyria. a perfect 10/10! they deserve a second season!!!

I liked it. The bits with Alpha were amazing and very scary and I loved learning about "Whiskey", but I did feel a little bit let down... I was expecting a little bit more? Hopefully I will get that in a second season...

I loved it. Although the end was way to simple but at the end of the day they couldnt leave it as a cliff hanger because they dont know if they will get a season two. ;D

I was hoping for more tbh. The ending in the power station just seemed to be over suddenly. It just wasn't that dramatic. Alpha runs up a tower to escape and does. Paul catches a little motherboard and has saved Caroline. Whoopie! Not quite the fireworks i was hoping for, to quote Sweet. In the end, we didn't really learn much more than we knew already, and I, for one, am quite disappointed by what we did find out. Alpha has stopped being scary now. When we didn't really know what he was and could only guess that he actually was this superhuman imprint, he seemd unstoppable. Now that we find out that a large part of his actions have been determined by the pathetic killer that he was before he entered the Dollhouse, he's just another inadequate serial killer. Colour me disappointed. The Whiskey stuff was awesome. How much did she look like Eliza when she was dancing with Alpha over their torture victim (btw who wants that as an experience?). Just feel sorry for Victor, and want to know what will happen to him. Overall, m'eh. It was okay, but not the show-stopping number i was after.

Perfect ending for a short first season run. To be honest, Dollhouse did much better than Buffy and Angel in its first season despite certain bum episodes (which all three had, I believe). Absolutely loved the way that the "Whiskey" revelation was handled, and the Acker was absolutely flawless through the entire episode. Eliza did surprisingly well as Omega - how she was still Echo, but completely evolved. I can't wait to see where the series is headed in the next season.
