i was actually really pissed off when Lilah died
i was just starting to like the character and thought it would be cool for her to start helping them out, then poof! gone
but i got over it

I like Lilah and I like Eve. Both are so good at being bad. Two women I love to hate.  But mostly, I just ended up feeling sorry for both in the end. |

i agree gumgnome... I don't think someone from the main cast automatically has to die in the finale... Just to clarify (because I was the one who said someone had to die in the finale), what I should have said is that in order to make it seem somewhat realistic (in this fantasy world) Joss could not only kill off secondary characters in the huge final battle. It would just seem to convenient if all the main characters happen to survive while all of these people we really don't care about die. While I agree with this to an extent, I still don't think the death of a main character is justified simply to even up the butcher's bill. |

Holy Crap! Why does Joyce only have 2 votes?!!? I have always had a theory that Dawn should've died and Joyce should've lived, but then that's just because I rigidly hate Dawn. I mean, think how great it felt to have Joyce back (kinda) in "Normal Again"!! Come on! Plus, we missed out on more great/awkward/sweet Joyce and Spike hangout moments.
So I obviously voted for Joyce, and my second vote went to Wesley. I think that he had immense character growth, probably more than all the other sidekicks of both series, and he could've definitely held a show of his own. How great would it have been to have Wesley show up on Reaper....is that still happening btw?

I agree that Spike and Joyce had some great moments together. It was nice to see her come back in S6 and 7. Hope we see more of her in S8 or 9. As far as Wesley, I agree that he showed amazing character growth! Alexis Denisof is great at playing comedy and drama. I am surprised that he hasn't gotten more work since Angel ended. I agree it would have been awesome to see him on Reaper. Maybe he will be on HIMYM again this season? He certainly is talented enough to carry his own show though. Love your avatar/banner, btw.  |

For me Wes, Cordy and Jenny shouldn't have died, but I voted for the ladies. I would have voted Fred, but snizapman6294 made a good point about us never getting Illyria if she didn't die.
