best house episode I have ever seen... great directing and great writing!!! not to mention the great acting. I can't wait for the next episode... Heros came back this week too... tivo is recording it tomorrow, and supernatural is back DUH... first two episodes I was a little disapointed but I'm sure it will pick up soon. Road Rules Real World challange is coming up on September 30th that should be interesting...

Just saw How I Met Your Mother. It was good, I was happy with what happened with Barney and Robyn.

SVU premiered last night, which was good. Except Wentworth Miller. How does that guy get work?
I watched the Modern Family Pilot a few days ago. I was very excited for it, but it just wasn't as funny as I'd hoped. All the characters are just stereotypes, which is sort of boring. There were still a few hilarious moments, and I'll keep watching.
I was bored and just watched the Mercy first episode on Hulu for Michelle Trachtenberg and the Rayna chick from Dollhouse. I expected to hate it, but I was surprised, and kind of annoyed, that I enjoyed it. Such a cliche medical dramedy, but I was entertained throughout. Ah well, it'll be cancelled in a few episodes anyways.
FlashForward tonight!

What's the deal with The Beautiful Life:TBL? Why is the TBL necessary? Anyway, this show is terrible. That is all.

Bones and Fringe is such a weird combo. Bones is just quirky and funny and sweet all at the same time, while Fringe is just really intense. The difference is staggering versus Fringe/House. I imagine even Fringe/Dollhouse would be a tad unnerving, but at least the tones wouldn't be so different that I'd have to readjust at the top of the hour. Either way, tonight was great for both shows.

Really liked FlashForward last night. The entire format was basically the same thing as the Lost Pilot, but I'm already addicted. The special effects were almost cinema worthy, and some of the visual shots were amazing.

Bit slow on commenting on some of these, but oh well.
How I Met Your Mother was amazing, glad to see Barney and Robin together.
Heroes was okay, not amazing but I'm still holding in there. If they kill of Hiro off the show I will definitely give up on the show.
The Beautiful Life was disappointing. The promos were so amazing, I felt so let down. I don't see any of the whole "see the modeling industry for how hard and bad it is" thing.
Gossip Girl's new season seems good so far. I enjoy the new positions the characters have now that they are in college. Blair doesn't fit in and Dan does perfectly. Loving Georgina as well.
I'm annoyed at how I'm still unclear on the vampire lore in Vampire Diaries after two episodes. (have yet to watch episode 3 though) Or am I expecting too much detail too soon? I get the general idea but it seems rather vague mostly.

The Modern Family pilot was absolutely brilliant. That and the House premiere were the best so far this season. Community's new episode last night was also fantastic. Ken Jeong is so hilarious, it's awesome he is on the show! Chevy and Joel were also amazing.
Now I just gotta work through all the other shows that were on last night. I watched Bones, The Office and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (all were great), and now I have to watch Parks and Recreation, The Vampire Diaries, FlashForward and Survivor.
Thursday's are so jam packed!

Cougar Town last night was GREAT and as always Glee was wounderful again! I was not expecting Cougar Town to be so good. I didn't realize it was a Bill Lawrence (Scrubs) show until I saw his name in the credit, but it totally makes sense. There were tons of LOL moments, and Courtney Cox is believable and funny playing a woman that is actually her age! Also, Dan Byrd is great as her son. I loved him in Aliens in America.

For once, the UK is getting a show very soon after it aired in the US - we're getting Flash Forward next Monday. I've heard good things about it, so I'll be watching...
Apart from that, all I'll be watching US pace are Glee and Dollhouse. Nothing else really interests me enough to find it online to watch.

Last night's Community was incredible. Way better than last week's episode, which was also great. I was laughing throughout the entire thing.
Parks & Rec was also pretty good. The hernia thing was classic.
Oh, and the Grey's Anatomy premiere was absolutely boring and no doubt two of the worst episodes of the series. Major blegh.

I still marvel at how far along Numb3rs has come as a show. It started as just a crime procedural with math, but since Season Three it's been evolving really well. Season Five especially put the imagination back in math, as opposed to the systematic-ness that tends so often to turn people away from math, and thus the math works really well as a storytelling device as well as being used to solve the crime.
So much love for Numb3rs. <3

Just saw Modern Family and Cougar Town. Both were really awesomely funny. With the occasional painfully awkward moment. Good stuff, definitely going to follow both of them.
