I agree with Dawn's new friends from season 7. I always expected to see them again. And I wish Jessie would've been mentioned more.

I would say Ethan, although I guess he was more recurring than one-shot.

Speaking of AtS, I kept thinking about Phantom Dennis. I wonder what happened to him? Did he finally move on or is he still Caspering the next tenant? I loved Phantom Dennis and his protectiveness of Cordy. I think I read about a cut scene, where Angel tells Dennis what happened to Cordy(wheter it was after the went into a coma or died, I don't remember). Just a mention of him again would have been nice.

Ooh, Halfrek was hilarious. I was so sad when she was killed off, but the reason for sacrificing her, of course, was excellent.

I thought it would have been interesting if the two misfits Dawn befriends in the first episode of Season 7 had become sort of a "Lower Decks" version of the Scooby Gang. But with everything else that was going on in that season -- and with all the new characters that were introduced in the second half -- I don't know how they could have fit a whole new social group and associated B-plots.

Devon: "Dude, check out your girlfriend!"
Kralik: "Why did you stray to the dark of the woods? To bring all these treats to grandmother's house!?"
Jack O'Toole: "I call her Katie."
Percy: "And I got the grades, I'm graduating tomorrow, can forget all this crap." I was actually really upset that the last we see of Percy is insulting Willow to get with his pathetic girlfriend.
Mr. Platt: "What you need is a trained, not... *too* crazy professional who will always give you his honest opinion. Which I offer. Have a seat."
Kathy: "This year is gonna be super fun!"
There are more, but I just can't think of them at the moment.

I'll say Cassie because I really felt for her, and she reminds me of someone I know. I do love Halfrek as well, she's my lmao character

I love Dawn's friends in Lessons and was really disappointed that we never got to see them again. and I adore Cassie! And of course, Sweet.
I love Halfrek, too but I never considered her a one-shot character since she was in several episodes in season 6 and a few in season 7.

I love the psychiatrist from "Normal Again". He does an excellent job of being creepy simply because he seems to care so much. His delivery of the lines is spot on - he makes the existence of Sunnydale and our beloved characters seem menacing to Buffy which, combined with the sterile hospital atmosphere and the stark, white light of the unknown outside world, creates a chilling piture.
I like pretty much all of his lines, but for some reason, this one really sticks in my memory: DOCTOR: The Slayer, right. But that's only one level. She's also created an intricate latticework to support her primary delusion. In her mind, she's the central figure in a fantastic world beyond imagination. She's surrounded herself with friends, most with their own super-powers, who are as real to her as you or me. More so, unfortunately. Together they face grand, overblown conflicts against an assortment of monsters both imaginary and rooted in actual myth.

I agree with those who mentioned Sunday, I think having her as another villain along with Adam would have made season 4 a lot more interesting. And I agree with Olivia too, would have given Giles a lot more to do that season, even if she was only around for just a few more episodes.

Cassie was really sweet. I liked her a lot. I also loved Dracula and that episode was hilarious. "No more chick-pit for you." I also liked the stuff he said to Buffy about her darkness.
As disgusting as they were, I thought it was really neat and touching when Riley came back with his wife and how his wife obviously respected Buffy. It was like you could tell that Riley really did feel the way he said and had said good things about Buffy to his wife because she came there with a respect for her. That was particularly moving for that show and not at all what one would have expected, so I found it interesting.

I loved April the robot in "I Was Made to Love You". I'm actually watching that episode right now. She was just so perky and adorable in the beginning. It was really sad that she had to be destroyed even though she was just following her programming.
