Although she's not really a bad guy as such, my favourite from this list is probably April from "I Was Made To Love You" - that episode is so sweet. The fact that almost all of my favourite weekly villains are from the other list really hammers home how the structure of the show changed at the mid-point away from stories which resolved after one ep.
Special mention goes to the bikers from "Bargaining"....for being the LAMEST villains on the show by miles. I'm sure if I were a badass villain, I'd spend my time committing acts of petty vandalism as well. Come on guys, you're EVIL, not delinquents.
