Hi everybody..
Long time ago, my mother watched Buffy together with me on television... I bought all 7 seasons, and now she wants to see 1 or 2 episodes on DVD with me.. Which good episodes shall I let her see?

Becoming part 1 & 2 maybe? I love those.
Depends on how much she remembers from the show, might be bad to watch episodes with to much background history needed to fully understand.
Maybe something funnier, like Band Candy and Something Blue?
Or horror; Fear Itself & Hush, romance; Angel, new moon rising & Crush(really depends on which relationship she prefers).

Well, here is my mom favorite episodes, that my help:
- Becoming Part 2: When the episode ended, she made pretty insightful comments on Buffy state of mind. For example: "No wonder she's all mixed up". She also commented on Joyce's reaction.
- Normal Again: Her favorite episode. She love the concept and love that the ending is left to interpretation.
- Angel: It has David Boreanaz without his shirt on. 'Nuff said.
- Where the Wild Things are: "Poltorgasm" had her ROTFL
That's it. If those aren't what you,re looking for, I would be tempted to say that anything Joyce-centric might be very good. Season 3 episode 2 (don't remember the name of it), Band Candy (especially if your mom has something for Giles) or Ted (especially if she's old enough to have enjoyed Three's Company).

I'd go for Doppelgangland and Hush.
One in which I love Joyce is Lovers Walk, what with Spike. Oh, and School Hard! Where Joyce hits Spike over the head.

I agree with collex, anything with Joyce would be great (because who doesn't love her?!), but as timmy57 said, just stay away from The Body.  |

My mom will never wach with me. Sobs.  Bless your soul.  My mom would never watch with me either (she's never really understood my Buffy obsession) but my grandmother did, does that count?  Even though my mom never really liked to watch with me, she still bought me the first 3 seasons when they came out on DVD. |

Lol, a Mum and Buffy thread,.. I used to tape Buffy/Angel because they were on so late and my Mum would watch them if she was around when I was watching them.
I think you should watch a few Season 2 or 3 eps.

My mom will never wach with me. Sobs. Awe, that's just rotten. :/ I vote for Becomings 1 &2, or Welcome to the Hellmouth/The Harvest. It's always helpful for those things to get the questions answered before they're asked. You could always do something seasonal, like Halloween or Fear, Itself. Anything funny is a plus. ...and I'm going to echo everyone else when I say Don't watch the Body. I did once with my mom, and I lost it. |

When i wacth the body i always horrible imagine what if i was in buffys shoes and i found my mam dead on the sofa.I would be Devastated and lost. So dont wacth the Body lol... |
