^ Hahaha HH, that did come out wrong huh? Sky, if you need anymore proof readers, I'd be glad to do that. Also I can write if you'd like. I don't have a program to do graphics and don't know how or I would love to do made-up ads for imaginary Buffyverse items... I can help supply ideas for that though, I've had quite a few when watching through the series.

What are the merch ideas?how about: Buffy stakes Vampires bringing you down? eating your friends and neighbors? well now you can get Buffy stakes! We have many different stakes authorised for use by Buffy and many are actually designed by Buffy!! and now our collection includes a replica of Mr. Pointy!! Get your OWN Mr. Pointy for just $29.95!! what a bargain!! And if you contact 555-2613 and mention this ad you will get 25% off your whole stake order!

Great idea.
Any graphic-maker wanna make that ad happen? Would be kinda cool if the issue 5(of season 8) cover could be used, or a similar pic of Buffy.
And I've settled on the page size 723x1023, so you graphic makers that want to use a entire page to make ads and such, have at it.

Hey there Sky, I'd like to help with the article writing, if you still need it?

Definitly, you're welcome on board. Just PM me when you know what you wanna write.
-EDIT
I’ve decided to set deadlines.
Since want the magazine out the 14th or earlier, I want
Articles in before 1st December. Hopefully that will give the editors enough time to check the writers’ work and for the writers to re-write if necessary. But in case a writer feels they need a lot of help with a article, not just spelling and re-phrasing, an earlier submission is appreciated.
Art-work in before the 5th December.
How to get a editor for your (written) work: PM me and I’ll get you in touch with an editor.

Wow. That poster and your banner as soooo cool. 5 December. That sounds great. I was worried I wouldn't have mines in on time because I am rather busy but that date sounds good

And a news section sounds good. Maybe one for Whedon-projets/life and one section for what's going on with other whedonstars?
To make it easier to do the layout, I have two alternatives for article writers: 1) Leave the layout to me. I'll put the article on a page on photoshoop. For the articles, the ideal would be if they filled up entire pages. I think that about 3800 letters/space/signs per page will do(I will mainly use trebuchet size 14). But I could always throw in a ad or artwork to fill up pages if necassary. And sometimes it will look better if I use a different and bigger font. 2) The writers designs his/her own page, using whatever font/images he/she pleases.

If someone does an article and designs the page themselves in their a particular colour scheme they should follow and should they add a page number?

No particular color for this issue. Something christmas-y would be appreciated, so green and red perhaps?
And I'll add the page nr when I'm putting it together.

Oh, I just saw this thread. I could volunteer to write articles! Not to sound egotistical, but I can write a pretty page if I get motivated. And getting to write about something I love? That'd be like my birthday on Christmas!....well, I mean only if I get the extra presents of course.

Are you going to need donations for shipping and supplies? I could donate some money too. A 20 page magazine for each member would put a strain on ink and paper costs. I could be more than willing to send you some cash by post to help out.
