Here we are, at the episode that changed the direction the series was going to take. Instead of having season after season of endless monster of the week goofiness, we get a show that's powerful, dramatic, funny, action-packed, and gut-wrenching, the resulting fight with Angelus is very personal and ends with Buffy not being able to kill him and settling with kicking him where it hurts. This is my personal favourite; the acting was 1 st rate... No wonder this episode got the highest rating on the whole show 8 million viewers. Whats your thought of this amazing episode..  |

Innocence is such an amazing ep, one of my favorites! The fight scene between Buffy and Angelus is great! I love when she kicks him and then walks away saying, "Give me time." So heartbreaking!  I also love the end when she is with Giles and her mom. I love what Giles says to her as they are sitting in his car together, and then the end when she and Joyce are on the couch together. These last two scenes are so touching, they always make me emotional! |

So inspirational,and heart warming.Its great how Giles respect Buffy on her decision and the subject at hand " with the whole Angelus story".
Great episode.
A perfect 10/10...

^ Agreed! Me too.. I love how Angel character development went darker in to depth,personally i prefer Angelus as a character he much interesting and brutal..Great T.V.  |

Yes fantastic Villain very ignorant ,brutal and dramatic, great acting. I love how Buffy finally given in to her emotion and she lashed out to Angelus ,because she was holding back then she lashed out and kick him in the privates ,OOOOCHHHH!.  |

Love this episode. Season two just so happens to be my favorite season, at the moment anyway.

This episode is superb! It's really one of my favorites; I really enjoy watching Angelus as opposed to Angel; he's a lot more of an exciting character to me. It's so great to watch Buffy slam Jenny down on the desk in the beginning(I'm not sure why I like it so much, I just think it's awesome!), and watching Giles totally take Buffy's side when Jenny tries to apologize...plus the part at the end with the rocket launcher is totally bad-ass. Gotta love the new weapons!

The slow motion killing of the judge as Angelus and Dru are thrown away from the explosion were pure adrenaline, rush action.And Buffy fighting angelus and kicking his goolies,were all special moments in the special episode.
