On the recommendation from one of my coworkers, I downloaded Google Chrome.
Wow. Is it fast.
Anyone else use it? On the subject, does anyone else use GoogleWave? Just started and it's invite only, lemme know if you'd like an invite!

Color me tweedlike, but what on earth is GoogleWave? I'm assuming that Google Chrome is the new browser? ETA: Googled "GoogleWave"... sounds pretty neat. Could be something that Emmie and I could use for our joint reviews...  If you have an extra invite, I'd love to give it a spin. |

I'm testing out Google Chrome right now and it is pretty darn neat. While I will always use Safari as my default browser, I do like to use a second browser so I don't have to log in/out as "Wyndam" when I am doing stuff as "Big Brother Host." So I'd use Firefox to store my BBH log in, and I think I'll use Chrome to do that from now on.

I like Chrome a lot. It's pretty neat. I can't use it now due to a spyware issue. The spyware I have right now is making Chrome go crazy.
BTW, I would love a Wave invite....

Omg, I love Google Chrome! I downloaded it for my PC but now they have it for Mac so I'm like YAY! There are some technical difficulties with this first version of Chrome for Mac but overall, its still great.

I swear Google is slowing down all other web browsers to get people to convert. My Safari is working about 5 times slower than usual (which is usually pretty fast), but Chrome is speeding along.
I smell conspiracy.

I'm in love with Chrome It runs so fast and doesn't crash like FireFox has been so often recently. Ha! Try the incognito feature: GoogleWave is neat. Sort of meshing email and instant messengering service. Sent off invites to Wenxina, Emmie, and JellyMoff. |

So... anyone having problems with the Mac version of this? It doesn't load pages fully a lot of the time, and I end up refreshing several times most of the time. Grrr....

I haven't noticed that, but I have only really used it to browse this forum and run Big Brother. I am annoyed though that when I do Command+Click on the "Home" button it doesn't open it up into a new tab like Safari and Firefox do. I have to do Command+T and then click "Home." |

Command+T opens a new tab for me, just like it does in Safari. Never had to click the "Home" button.

Google chrome for mac is bad. Stick to firefox for the macs, or wait for an upgrade thingy.

I've been using Google Chrome for the past few days, and I rather like it! My only qualm is that it occasionally lags on pages. But that might just be my craptastic internet.

Deleted Google Chrome... it just doesn't work well on my Mac. Gone back to Safari.
