I am glad that Groo is being touched upon, as the series has ALOT of characters that all need to be touched upon since they were brought up. Groo was a fantastic character whom I feel needs more story to him.
The cover is a very interesting concept and one which I think has multiple meanings.
I thought Angel's hair naturally stuck up like that? Thats what he said in Pylea.

Furry doesn't mean Nina. She's in part 1 for a moment, but not 2.
Just handed in the corrections for issue 27, so it's almost ready to be put to bed. I love this two parter. It's a complete reversal in tone from the DRUSILLA two parter. Really fun, hopefully. Some choice Angel/Spike moments.

Ryall posted the completed covers for #27 on his BLOG: Mooney's:  Runge's which hasn't been seen yet:  Then he also posted this blurb: Another really great cover from Runge. Love that he did a Spike as Angel as well. Ryall also said that this issue was coming right before Halloween (presumably on 10/28), which means that we will get issues #25, 26 and 27 all within 6 weeks of one another. That certainly makes up for the 6 weeks in between #24 and 25! |

Love, love, love Runge's cover. I'm torn over which to get, but I'm leaning more towards Runge's. Probably would get Mooney's if it was still blue, hehe.  Also very happy to hear we'll be getting these quickly! |

Yeah, I think for this one I'll be getting Runge's cover. The red, sad to say, is kind of a buzzkill for me. And holy crap can you say cascade of ANGEL comics? All of a sudden we'll be done with Brian's run forever!  |

Did this issue actually come out today? I just went to the comic shop, and they got no copies and seemed surprised to hear that an Angel comic was due out today. It didn't get delayed at the last minute, did it? No Angel for me today. Denied.  |

Someone at Whedonesque (I think it was bitsy), said their store didn't get it either. Wonder what happened? |
