The Good;
Some lovely emotional stuff between Willow and her friends, some funny stuff with Anya and Willow but best of all paralysed Dawn is hysterical, especially love the remote control gag.
The Bad;
Not much

Dawn wonders when anyone in the Scoobs are ever going to ask for help when they need it, still some emotional baggage from Normal Again. Anya observes that the spell she and Willow do is a 'little sexy'. Willow seems to agree then catches herself on. Note Anya wants to do more spells afterwards but Willow refuses.Why not Winya? They could both share Xander between them and he'd sure be happy. Remember Anya eschewed the company of men for a thousand years, maybe she and Halfrek were more than just friends?

Questions and observations;
Nice that we still have Joyce's picture scattered around the house but who are the couple in the pic by the phone? Aunt Arlene? Grandma and grandpa Summers? Note the scorched mummy hand in the box Anya brings from the Magic Box. Dawn seems to be a CSI fan. Surely she hardly needs high heels she already towers over all the other girls.

I thought this was funny, and then I went to check if there was fanfics of the the two and there were!....but they were mostly the PWP storylines. Who knows, maybe their bickering onscreen was actually their pent up sexual frustration they had for one another and maybe they did settle it off-screen.......lol


As for the episode, I would have to say my favorite favorite scene was the Buffy/Willow ending scene....i admit i did cry when i saw that, i thought it was a beautiful friendship moment. I think the reason i get so emotional when i see it is because this is the first time we see them together after we last saw them fighting at the end of s6. And the last Buffy/Willow scene where they had a sincere one-on-one friendship moment was.....jeez, i can't even remember....the last one i can think of at the top of my head is in ep "Normal Again" when Buffy confides in her that she was in a mental institute. So I was very happy when I first saw that scene and it's one of my top favorite Buffy/Willow scenes.

This scene alone gives my rating for the episode a 9/10

Well I think if Buffy and Spike can get together and Cordy and Xander than Winya is hardly out of the question?

Or she didn't really worry what Anya thought of her? After all Anya was a vengence demon who did a lot worse than DarkWillow in her day
