If there is still a mole, I think it might be Giles. Twilight captured Giles, who he hopes will convince Faith to side with them, and Andrew...well maybe he hopes that Warren will be able to influence him?

I thought that Riley was the mole that Twilight thought he had.

Eh, I like it better than the prospect of another character betrayal. There's enough of that in this series, and I think it might soften the blow of the BIG one if there is another "mole" besides Riley.

Not if Satsu turns out to be Angel’s mole and great grand daughter ...Twilight Zone or what? lol...

Wow. Buffy faster than a bullet, cool. Whats up with the bunny? If Anya was there she would have been hysterical

The preview has me excited for the arc now. That was really good. I was getting seriously bummed that Season Eight was getting lower in quality (although I still looked forward to it every month), but "Turbulence" and this preview gave me back some hope for 2010.

Decided on the cover I want. Definitely the Jeanty one this time around... Chen's is just slightly cheesier than I'd like. Coming to think of it... I may be going with all Jeanty's covers for this arc... we'll see what his cover for #35 looks like.

I'm sticking with Chen (because that's how my subscription is set at my LCS) but that Jeanty cover is a real treat. I may buy it alongside the Chen cover this time around.

I think the Jeanty cover is funny and cool, but I think Flying Buffy is kind of beautiful. (Interesting to note that Buffy flies more like Power Girl than Superman. I wonder if Jo Chen would know such an obscure bit of Buffy lore...)

The outstretched arm with the open palm and the other clenched fist... it all just looks a bit strange and contrived.

Typical pose for a flying superhero cover, though, which I'm pretty sure is what she was intentionally going for.

I think Cho should have posed in the mirror or had someone else pose for her, because I also think the pose is odd. Or if she did, then maybe she shouldn't have. Then again, I don't like the cover at all. It looks too much like her cover for Runways, which was also not good in my opinion.

I'm just not seeing what you guys are seeing.
But with Jo Chen covers, that's not unusual.

Was always under the impression that Chen's covers were usually quite highly praised. It's only recently, that certain issues have arisen with her art. The stuff that's referenced is copied too closely at times, and the stuff that's not entirely referenced ends up looking like a mild study of the grotesque. Jeanty's covers aren't always great... there have been a few clunkers, but I find many of his covers more resonant than Chen's.

Aesthetically, I'm just not a fan of many of Jo Chen's Buffy covers (I have other problems with some of her other cover art that go beyond my preference, though). There have been times where I did not like either cover. It's true that I usually prefer Jeanty's (or any other Buffy S8 artist really)...but lately I've been liking both covers. However with this issue, I'm back to preferring Jeanty's.

I loved that preview every month I'm getting more excited for the upcoming issue! I can't believe they've actually named the issue "Buffy has f*@%ing Superpowers" I think it's hilarious good on them!

Examples are Buffy's elongated arms/body on Issue 1's cover, all the way to Buffy's long neck on the Twilight cover. When she's on she's really on. But when she makes errors it really really shows, that bugs me!

Hey anyone notice Buffy have same outfit as Jenny wears from Doctor Who "The Doctor's Daughter"? ;D Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed. Epic win.

The Chen cover all the way. I almost always like her work. I don't see cheese anywhere in her cover. Jeanty's on the other hand.......
