yeah. but then she would be forced to choose between DOllhouse and Happy Town all the time. i don't think amy really has a choice.. she's a regular on Happy town. that's where she is contractually obligated. she has no contract w/ Dollhouse. if Happy producers don't let her do Dollhouse, too bad so sad.

with news that 'So you think you can dance' will be on Fox's Fall schedule - it kind of leaves a big quesion mark on what Fox plans on doing w/ their fall schedule.
Fox will not air 'human target' on Fridays w/ Dollhouse (even though that may make the most sense on paper. it will likely air on tuesdays w/ Fringe.
what is fox going to do with Hell's Kitchen w/ the dance show taking up 2 hours during the week?
i honestly think it might be best for fox to leave dollhouse for midseason (a la Lost, 24) and let it run through for 13 eps and 13 eps only.
i'd hate to be left w/ a semi-complete season.
plus it allows for fox to play all their crazy scheduling games on what appears to be a very full Fall schedule...

Oh. *putting down my weapons of destruction* Just put them away for a little while. We may still have to get medieval on their asses if they don't pick it up for season 3. 1 step at a time. we ned Fox to pick up the back 9 before we can even think about season 3....

omg i am speechless. never ever thought this could ever happen but:
[glow=red,2,300]WOW[/glow]
i'm so happy.
Monday will be an interesting day to see what Fox says about Dollhouse's renewal and their reasons for it.
imo - Fox gave up on ttscc b/c season 2 creatively was not so good, whereas Dollhouse's final half was awesome (which apparently helped since there were execs that are fans based on some reports)

i officially have absolutely no hope. with numbers like these, i'm starting to lean off of the "blame the death slot" side and going toward "people just don't like the show" side. i love it and would be 1. Astounded if it got a second season and 2. probably end up hurting myself in the excitement... but i have little hope. i'm not giving up hope completely, but so if i was 55% (for it getting a second season) and 45% (for it not) it shifted to 25% and 75% respectively agree 100%. ever since returning from the two week break due to prison break the ratings have been HORRID. and we all know (according to joss) that the ratings for those 2 eps plus the one this friday was being closely monitored by fox for season 2 renewal chances. i see no hope anymore.... =(

I mean, is FOX LOOSING money from Dollhouse? That's the question. Isn't everyone saying it's one of the cheaper shows the network has. i think the point is that no matter how you slice it, Fox (the network) no matter what we want to believe makes their money on ads - not dvr, dvds, online ads, hulu, etc. therefore, live viewing (neilson) is still their bread and butter. and dollhouse pulls in bad ratings and a decreasing demo week after week. they can put a rerun of house, bones, etc. or return to their friday reality shows and get similar or better ratings and demos and thus more $$$. plus, these options are way cheaper. i'd be extremely surprised if Dollhouse is renewed.

It annoys me how the worst episodes got the best ratings maybe fox was right afterall - tv audiences these days prefer standalone eps... blah.
