Doing the same survey over on the Angel forum for that series
To paraphrase Nat King Cole a question that's been asked many times, many ways but just for my curiosity. Now this is not sexiest scene but sexiest moment (and keep it fairly non-graphic please).
Good contenders for me were;
10. 'Ho'd up' Tara and Willow in the back of the ice truck in Restless, the sexiest kiss you never see
9. Dawn giving RJ his lapdance in 'Him'
8. Joyce doing her Mrs Robinson impression in Restless
7. Faith promising Xander she'll 'Guide him around the curves" in The Zeppo
6. Buffy and Faith dancing together at the Bronze in Bad Girls
5. Jenny coming to the library to talk to Giles in BBB but slowly becoming overwhelmed by her irresistable attraction to Xander
4. Buffy and Spike bring the house down in Smashed
3. Buffy allows Dracula to bite her in Buffy vs Dracula
2. Willow in Xander's shirt telling him 'Force is ok' in BBB (Aly's naughty smile just sells this scene for me)
But the winner for me is (bound to be controversial) but Buffy kissing her way down Riley's chest the first time they have sex during The I in Team, I think it just embodies the desire a guy wants to see from his girlfriend

I'm trying to think of sexy scenes in BtVS so this is off the top of my head:
I thought Buffy and Angel's sexy dream sequence in "Amends" was hot.
I didn't find Buffy/Spike sex hot, just disturbing. I found their kisses ("Something Blue", Spike's dream in "Out Of My Mind", etc) were sexier than when they started having sex.
That reminds me: the short moment when Spike slowly crawls over to Harmony on the bed ("Harsh Light of Day") is quite sexy.
Pretty much anything involving Faith.
There are probably more but I can't think of them.

I also have to shamefully agree that the Buffy/Angel scene in Amends was pretty hot. I only recently realized it when I had to watch it for that quiz. Darn you EWR. Harmony and Spike scene was pretty sexy in Harsh Light of Day too. Speedo Xander....HOT. I forgot of course Buffy and Spike in Smashed and at the begining of Wrecked. Plus willowsummers kind of reminded me of Cordy reaction to Xander giving his jacket to her in Halloween. |

I pretty much agree with all of you guys... Oooh thinking of more now...
Faith in Buffy's body, telling Spike she could pop him like warm champagne. And then Part 2 of that conversation in season 7 when Faith talks to Spike about the bull whip.
Xander in army uniform. HOT. (Look at his arms! Why Mr. Harris, do you not wear more tank tops...)

Buffy and Spike sex scenes were like bad porn. Nothing hot about that imo.

Do people really watch porn and think, 'Wow this is hot'? Buffy and Spike sex scenes were like bad porn. Nothing hot about that imo. Depends on the characters and the scene. Some sex scenes suck and sex scenes with people I don't like or don't care about disgust me. But I mean, who doesn't find anything vaguely erotic, sensual or realistic to be hot if they like the people? |

I immediately thought of that scene and I was amazed that nobody brought it up sooner! That's one of the sexiest moments ever shown in a tv show! My humble opinion, of course. I also thought Buffy and Spike bringing the house down was sexy. Yes, disturbing as well, but isn't that what sex is also about?
