Before I list mine, let me just say that I assume most people have a hard time watching the attempted rape, so maybe we should just leave that one off the lists? Just a thought, 'cause otherwise it's going to get repetative. Nehoo. Here are mine:
1. In Consequences when Mr. Trick is dragging Buffy around on a leash down at the docks. It's just so brutal and animal-like.
2. Faith choking Xander, again in Consequences. That scene makes me very uncomfortable, she gets so close to killing him.
3. Buffy beating the crap out of Spike in the alley in Dead Things. She's just so brutal and out of control and it's a very dark side of Buffy that we get to see here.
4. Spike and Buffy having sex in the Bronze, again in Dead Things, while her friends dance below. Not quite sure what it is about this scene, but it leaves with with a very uncomfortable feeling.
5. The Turok-Hahn thrashing Buffy in Bring On The Night. Again, so brutal and animal-like.

When Spike tried to rape Buffy. It sickened me at the time, still does every time I think of it. A downside to being a Buffy fan is I have to think of it now and then.

I instantly thought of the rape scene too. That scene was just all sorts of not-goodness. But trying to go with what you asked here's another thing: Whenever main characters get damaged that lasts for more than one episode (like when Spike was beaten by Glory for information) I always feel really bad for those characters. I get uncomfortable because there wasn't a reset button for their face.

yep, the rape scene is the hardest to watch i think.... also the scene in 'Same Time, Same Place' where the demon is eating Willow's skin, that's just gross.

I can't stand the scene in the season six premiere where Willow barfs up a snake. I hate snakes.

Spuffy balcony sex. Spuffy alleyway sex. Invisible Buffy sex. I don't really have a hard time watching that, it's just kind of gross.

It's only the cringes that I find difficult:
The scenes with the lame Demon Bikers in "Bargaining".
Most of the so called "sexy" Buffy and Spike scenes from Season 6. They are so tacky. I lol'd at the dumpster sex.
The references to shady drug dealing magic and Willow tripping balls in "Wrecked".
Nearly all of "Hells Bells", particularly the ridiculous wedding guests and Buffy's comedy stalling.
A lot of the Dark Willow stuff in the last 3 episodes of Season 6.

Aw. Buffy's comedy stalling is probably the only highlight of that episode for me.

- Almost all of the scenes with either Xander or Blaine in "Teacher's Pet".
- The giant bees in "Nightmares" (I have bee-fear; hornets, wasps, and yellowjackets, too).
- Dawn's cheerleader tryout. Scenes that are all about embarrassing a character as badly as possible always make me uncomfortable.

I love how the first thing the OP asks is that people don't list the attempted rape, and then almost everyone lists the attempted rape. You were totally right, AngelFaith. I have a hard time watching the scene in "The Body" where Buffy breaks Joyce's rib performing CPR. That crunch is just so unpleasant and realistic. It's great though, because that's the point of the episode. Also, most of Willow's lines in "Faith, Hope and Trick". I just really want to slap her in that episode.

I'm right there with you on that scene. I've never liked the sounds of bones breaking.

The main one for me is the attempted rape scene. I always want to skip that scene

I'm gonna have to jump on the attempted rape scene wagon. I think it's the only one that I do really have a problem watching. I don't like things like that, its like one of the scenes in Heart of Gold on firefly. Just hard to watch

In Flooded Spike says this: "You want me to take them out? Give me a hell of a headache, but I could probably thin the herd a little", and then Buffy smiles! Buffy in LMPTM telling Wood she'd let Spike kill him. Also closing the door on Giles' face. Gah! That episode was so good until those last 5 minutes. Hate those moments. The Scoobs kicking Buffy out of her own house in Empty Places. I realize what the writers were trying to do, but it was sooo OOC! The writers = Following on from that, Willow's stuttered explanation of where Buffy is to Spike in Touched. Whatever! As if Willow needed to explain herself to Spike. So the one's I don't like watching are the more awkward or OOC stuff.

The neanderthaler scenes in "Beer Bad" - boring and icky.
The cheesy final scenes of Amends.

I actually can't stand this episode at all, lol. The Scoobs kicking Buffy out of her own house in Empty Places. I realize what the writers were trying to do, but it was sooo OOC! Another good one. Dawn tells Buffy to leave because "it's her house too"... WTF?

The Spuffy attempted rape scene in Seeing Red (I think this one is pretty much at the top of everyone's list). Faith Killing Professor Worth (something about this scene just makes me uncomfortable). The Willow/Kennedy sex scene in Touched (it's Willow/Kennedy. Enough said. lol). These 3 scenes I pretty much always find myself fast-forwarding through. Will add more as I think of them. Oh, thought of another one. Seeing Anya walk down the isle after Xander has dumped her at the alter. Now THAT is a hard scene to watch! Also, Buffy waiting for Parker's call after he sleeps with her and then mooning over him for weeks after he's dumped her. I hate stinky Parker man! Wow. I never knew there were so many Buffy scenes/moments I disliked. Guess I was wrong. The Scoobs kicking Buffy out of her own house in Empty Places. I realize what the writers were trying to do, but it was sooo OOC! Another good one. Dawn tells Buffy to leave because "it's her house too"... WTF? I don't like this scene either, and yet I watch anyway. It's like a really bad car accident. You don't want to watch but your eyes refuse to look away. Stupid eyes.

The Spuffy attempted rape scene in Seeing Red (I think this one is pretty much at the top of everyone's list). Honestly, I've never really had a problem with this seen. Well, I mean I've never had a problem watching it, anyway. The Willow/Kennedy sex scene in Touched (it's Willow/Kennedy. Enough said. lol). Yes, yes, a million times yes. In fact, how about all of Kennedy's scenes?
