I got 23 (30 with 21 errors). Grumpy me , I type a lot - reports and stuff. But, I had to teach myself on a typewrite because PC's hadn't been invented yet!! So I never really got the hang of using all fingers. It takes me about 30 minutes to type a page. Which is really bad. Don't bemoan the fact that you can type fast. It is a real bonus in the work world and at University. It was in University that I found out that we needed to type all of our reports and I made a lot of mistakes - no deletes, had to start all over if there was too much whiteout used. I almost always have to edit my posts because of the errors.

92 - recognize I took it for the first time in second grade in my Catholic school when we had a computer class and averaged around a 65, I won't be surprised when I'm old and can barely make a fist

I haven't taken one of these in about 7 years. The first one I did I got 40 WPM, the second one was 54 WPM. My average back in highschool was about 30-40 WPM. I know I can type faster than 54 though, I'll have to try it again... It may just be my new keyboard, I recently got a new computer, so I'm still getting used to typing on a flat keyboard, versus a raised one.
*Edit* I took it again and got 65. That seems to be my normal rate.

57WPM, the most time consuming thing was going back to correct typos
