I know that they were planning to kill Willow's lover at the time no matter who it was, although I didn't know about the original script for Tough Love saw Tara die at the hands of Glory. Thanks for that info CowBoyGuy.

I think Tara was kind of like Gwen Stacy in Spiderman comics. Her death has became so important part of the story that you can't bring her back, even if you want to. About history of gays in cinema...it has nothing to do with Tara being gay imo.If Oz and Will had been together in Season 6,he would've died too. It was inevitable. But i understand what mikey is saying, killing gays off is a big cliché in sinema and tv.At least Willow is still alive Willow is still alive FOR NOW. It really looks to me like they're setting her up to die at the end of the series. I will be really surprised if she survives the last battle.

I think the point of season 6 was that we weren't supposed to find Warren and the gang threatening so we wouldn't see what was coming when Warren's plans went awry at the end and he snapped. That was when I found him frightening. Like Mikey said, with the gun.
I'm just not a Glory fan. She wasn't scary. I like my villains with a sense of humor but she was too over the top for my liking.

Also, does anyone know what Willow meant when she was referring to Robin saying that they meet later on? I REALLY don't understand that. I also wondered about that. But I dont have an answer.

I really can't explain this for sure, but I think it's just the warped reality of the demon's house combined with Willow and Robin's magical powers messing with their perceptions of time. Reality's so messed up that they can't tell present from future. Maybe.

I just took it as they know each others names because they're both magical. Robin has all the reality and time all stored in her mind, so she knew that Buffy and Willow were coming. Also, Willow is a witch and so could pick up 'vibes' from Robin and could tell that they "do later on" meet. Does that make sense? Another thing, is the demon named Tichajt (how do you pronounce that?) or Sephrilian? Also, if Willow dies at any point, I will be distraught.

Thanks for that info CowBoyGuy. Yeah they originally planned to have Dark Willow arrive in Season 5 but they thought it would cheapen everything. Dark Willow was even planned to be the one to bleed Dawn. But,they scrapped those ideas and gave us a little glimpse of D.W. when she attacked Glory.

Dark Willow was gonna bleed Dawn?! WOW! That would have really made her feel guilty.

I love hearing all the original ideas the writers were going to do. I remember I read in Consequences that Faith was going to kill Wesley and then it would end with Buffy going to Faith's apartment and she would find Faith dead, hanging.

So, I just realized the scene where Buffy is on the ground beat up and crying, that's probably a vision of Buffy's fight with Twilight.

I love hearing all the original ideas the writers were going to do. I remember I read in Consequences that Faith was going to kill Wesley and then it would end with Buffy going to Faith's apartment and she would find Faith dead, hanging. WOW! I never knew that. I also heard that in Restless, Angel was supposed to appear in Buffy's dream as the conduit for the First Slayer and Faith was supposed to appear in the whole "be back before Dawn" scene. But Tara got those scenes. And, that in Chosen, some crap about how Buffy was supposed to get a wish and she goes to Will saying "Guess what I got, new shoes!" and Willow says "You wasted your wish on new shoes" and Buffy says "No Silly!" and she steps aside to reveal Tara. That was...iono... And that in "Passion" Angelus was supposed to kill Oz, not Jenny. But fans liked him to much. Also in "The Gift" I think I heard something on a forum about how Team Angel was supposed to come in and help them and junk. But that would have soured the finale, iono maybe just Angel, Cordy, and Wes. OMG I would've killed to have Cordy appear just ONE more time on Buffy, just ONCE so she could rub it in the Scoobies faces at how much she changed. LOL I'm rambling. Also in Buffy vs. Dracula, they were planning on just having some random ancient vamp come in and show Buffy her dark side, like a Dracula-type character, but then Joss said "Why not Dracula...he's public domain". :vampirebite: Also in Season 2, The Anointed One was supposed to be the Big Bad but the kid was still growing and ofcourse vamps aren't supposed to age, so they killed him off and intro'd Spike and Dru. Also Angel, Oz, and Anya were supposed to be one-time characters, but fans liked them so much they kept them on. Also that in Conversation with Dead People, The First was supposed to appear in the forms of Jesse and Halfrek to Xander and Anya. And, sometime in that season, it was supposed to appear as Kendra to Buffy. And, that they were thinking about making Faith a regular on Angel. And that Dawn was originally supposed to appear in "The Girl in Question" but Michelle Tratchtenberg was busy so they got Andrew back. And Buffy was supposed to make a short appearance in Power Play like Angel did in End of Days but she was busy. And that they had planned on making The Hellmouth the main attraction in "The Gift" . And that Anya was supposed to die in "The Gift" but Emma Caulfield kept moving while Xander was carrying her. And, that if Angel continued on tv as Season 6 they were contemplating bringing in Oz as a regular and Anya until Emma Caulfield stated she wanted Anya to leave and didn;t want to make any more appearances That they were making a decision on wether or not to make either WIllow or Xander gay. And that they were thinking about having the character Pike be the one to come visit Buffy in Lie To Me, but they created the new character Ford instead.

Thanks for all those points juniorwatcher. I didn't know about quite a few of them.
And OMG hitnrun! I can't believe that was gonna happen in Consequences. That would have made a great episode, although I'm glad Faith and Wesley are still around.

hmmmmm...i finally read this issue yesterdy...i wasnt very impressed.
I loved the first 5 issues. Thought they were great. Wasnt very impressed with faiths arc but the last issue was really good.
this issue was one of the worst so far i thought.
I hated cliffs art...was so generic and boring and the wierd cubism of the faces with the shadows looks so ugly.
the writing was okay but i thought wed have lot more flying to different places etc, I dunno I was just majorly disappointed.
the demon looked so ridiculous. I dont mind buffy being in comic book form and this means some very unqie looking demons etc. i found the wierd slugs things from issue 5 kinda funny and cool etc...but this demon was just lame. Such a let down when this oversized worm was revealed with a frigging tv screen basicly attached to his tail...wtf.
I loved all the dawn and xander interaction and willow and kennedy but the rest was all just a bit of a mess i thought. although like henz had mentioned earlier I love the idea of buffy robbing a bank and how it is beginning to blur the lines of her morals in aiming for the greater good. Very interesting!!
i hope the next one shot is much better!

Yes! Two people agree with me on the art! LOL Make that three. I know there have been some quibbles with Jeanty's art, but overall I prefer his by far.

And the ending kept me wanting more. I think that's what they're supposed to do! Although it's maddening. At least with the show, we only had to wait a week for more. Now we have to wait 4!
