I had no idea these even existed. Shows what kind of fan I am. I got to hunt these down now.

Finished it a couple of days ago... much improved from some of the earlier ones, but much left to be desired. And I'm beginning to wonder if the fans who scream bloody murder about the use of fairies, wood sprites, etc in Season 8 have ever read these earlier works. If the answer is yes, it reeks of hypocrisy as fantastical creatures litter the pages here. The art was passable for the most part, but Richards really needs to stop drawing hair flying out at the side with a twist in the end. I get that it's supposed to simulate motion, or wind, but it's totally overused. The writing was mediocre for the most part, rising to okay at times, but at no point did I feel compelled to reread any of the stories. A big meh to all 7 books.

I just had this omnibus shipped to my house (now I only need the 5th one!) and I read it in only a day. I thought the introduction was fairly interesting. They had a comic already that was so close to season 7, that they had to scrap it and do a retro comic (sorta)! There wasn't any particular story that jumped out at me. I felt that the "Willow and Tara: Wilderness" comic was making more of a statement then telling me a story...and I didn't like how it ended. The other stories were alright but I'd have to read them over again to get a better perspective. They said this is the final omnibus they did. Is this true?

They are collections of all of the old Buffy run, and they have now collected everything!

Actually, there's one or two uncollected stories out there. Can't remember their names... I'm sure it's on wikipedia somewhere.

Something about Buffy and a djinn (genie)... and something else. Not too concerned... the entire run stank most of the way. I have all 7 books, and I've not felt the urge to crack open any of them since my first read.

One with Buffy and one with a another slayer.

Just kinda know what the cover looks like.

I feel like Scott Allie said in some Q&A that is was going to be collected somewhere, perhaps with the Tales of Vampires one-shot.

I assume it is, since it belongs to the tales of the slayers stories. Depends if it contradicts anything else that's canon.
Maybe it's just the Antique story that's suppose to be canon. Do we have a source on this?

Do we have a source on this? The Tales... anthologies are canon. While many of the stories may seem non-consequential, "Tales" the closing bookend to Tales of the Slayer is about Fray, and how it is that she came to find the Watchers' Council building, as well as the demon spider monkey. And it was written by Joss himself. Who I'm pretty sure also wrote the opening story about Sineya.

Do we know that all stories are canon, or just the Fray and Dracula one?

All of the Tales of the Vampires / Slayers comics are 100% canon.
