In depth analysis there! Interesting theory about the chip belong to Adelle. I think Ivy is just a bit to obvious to be the spy, it wouldn't be very shocking. But then again, she hasn't had much of a story in the series so maybe it is her.

wait, how do we know Ivy didnt' know what the attic was again? by the way, i'm watching dexter season 3 and i saw Liza Lapira (Ivy) and literally screamed in excitement. In SitHoL, Dominic says he'll send Ivy to the Attic, then he asks Ivy if she knows what the Attic is, she says no, and then Topher explains to the audience for the first time what it is: "A mental sock; that feeling you get when you have a name on the tip of your tongue? It's like that but for every thought you never have." Then Ivy got upset and proclaimed innocence. I believe her that she really didn't know what the Attic was. Perhaps that knowledge comes from time in the Dollhouse or maybe security clearance, but both Dominic and Topher weren't surprised that she didn't know even when Topher believed she was NSA. So you guys still think it's not Dominic that sent the messages to him and it was someone else entirely? I wish they would address something about it in an episodes either way. I'm thinking that it was Dominic but that doesn't explain why. I'm hoping it's all explained soon.

Yes!!! Double Yes! This needs to be addressed. If it was Dominic, it needs to be clearly stated, and if it wasn't, it needs to be fleshed out this season  |

I feel like it probably wasn't Dominic. He was working for the NSA. Why would he send messages to an FBI agent if he was already building a case on his own? He wouldn't want other agencies interfering and possibly blowing his cover.
If were to guess, I would say either Adelle, Boyd, or Dr. Saunders. They all seem to think that the Dollhouse is spinning out of control.
Though, I think that at this point Adelle just wants things to keep going smoothly for as long as possible. She doesn't want to get in trouble with her bosses because some FBI agent keeps nosing around...
And Dr. Saunders told Topher that he gave her an excessive amount of computer skill for a doctor. She could figure out how to send messages to dolls.

I believe it is either Adelle or Dr. Saunders. I chose Dr. Saunders to make it even between her and Adelle; 10/10. |
