Fred or Kate, not quite sure though. Probably more lilkely to be Fred. Pretty sure Brian said at some point that Kate would not be back, so my guess is also Fred. Really?...What was the point of even having her in After The Fall then if she was only going to be in it for three-four pages, all she done was save Connor and that was it. I was never the biggest Kate fan but if you're going to have her in the comic for a couple of pages and thats it then it seems pretty pointless. I hope she does come back just so she will actually have a story in After The Fall other wise I'm really starting to wonder why she was even added into those few pages of First Night for no reason, I'm sure Connor could have saved himself or had Nina save him, that way she would have been added in First Night because right now she seems to just be floating around the Hyperion, where is her family anyway?? |

Kate's purpose in First Night was much more than just saving Connor. She got him back on track after he suddenly remembered everything that had ever happened to him, and was kind of aimlessly lost in Hell-A. She relayed the message Angel once gave to her, to Connor (which was funny because she had no idea Angel is Connor's father, and he had no idea who she was talking about), which made him stop messing around with which "dad" he should listen to. Her help and message made him realize what Angel was to him, and that he should listen to that side of his conscience, which is why he has survived so far. So even if that was her one and only appearance, it had a major point. |

Those panels look stunning, and they don't even have color yet. I am so excited to see what Mooney brings to an entire issue.

I have to admit, I am irked about ANOTHER artist change.... BUT those panels that Brian posted are amazing! I really liked Stephen's Kate/Connor story, so this is great!

My guess is that the woman is Eve. Lilah would be a good possibility too. I'm just judging from the pants because Lilah wore a lot of pants suits and Eve I think might've worn one. Cordy would definitely bee more stylized.

Ahh, my heart will go all a-flutter if it is Lilah. But as stated Eve is a strong possibility. I am curious too as if we'll see Harmony in LA. LA turning into hell seemed to happen rather quickly, I can't see Harmony really being able to get out of the city far enough to not be sucked into hell either.

I think the lady is Fred, to be honest.
I would LOVE if it was Eve, Cordy or Lilah though.
Angel looks like he's smiling in the last panel, so, it should either be Cordy or Fred.
When has Angel ever been happy to see Lilah or Eve?

I don't think the hair quite matches Eve's, but I think Cordy, Lilah, and Fred are all possibilities.
