i read issue 26, and i was wondering, how do u think Oz will react when he sees willow? Mad, happy, sad? And do u think they will discuss tara's death bc of Kennedy?

He'll be fine. I think after four years of constant meditation and self-discipline, he should be able to get over an ex-girlfriend. Hell, some of us have managed that without four years of meditation and self-discipline.
But I'm sure the issue will be brought up.

I don't know. I think un-called for jokes, just acting on nerves. But for a character who was so mysterious in the first two seasons (2-3) I think he'll keep a pretty open mind on the whole "lesbian thing". I think he'll interact more with Xander --

I'm with the few people here that hopes Willow will break up with Kennedy and get back with Oz. Right there with ya. And I dunno exactly what Oz's reaction will be to seeing Willow again but I think it promises to be interesting for sure. Knowing that Oz is a man of few words we will probably have to pay attention to facial expressions for cues regarding his emotions. Hopefully, there will be no trouble conveying this in the comic medium. Knowing what a wonderful artist Jeanty is, however, I doubt this will be a problem. I am looking forward to Oz's interaction not just where Willow is concerned, but with the group as a whole. What is it going to be like for them after so many years have passed? How has Oz changed? How has he remained the same? And how well he perceive the changes his friends have made since last he saw them? Such interesting stuff and I can't wait to dive right in! Arguably, Willow is the one out of all the gang that holds the most weight where Oz is concerned, but as I said, I can't wait to see his interactions with all of them, especially Xander. Buffy should prove interesting as well, especially considering that she and Oz did not part on such good terms the last time around...That being said, I don't think Buffy is one to hold grudges for the long haul, especially not when she is once again in the middle of waging a war of the vamps Vs. humans variety...

No. I'm sorry, but no. There is no way Willow is that much of an ass! No offense to people's oppions and all, but why would she all of a sudden go "Wait a second...I still love you..."
It's been like four years...

They might do a Buffy/Angel hello kiss thing like in 'chosen'.

I'd feel pretty comfortable betting my next paycheck on the fact that Oz and Willow will not be getting back together.
They were cute together, but it wasn't some transcendent union of souls ordained by the Gods from on high. It was a teenage romance, and both of them have well and truly moved on by now. (If Oz hasn't, he needs to meditate a bit less and get out a bit more.)

Does Oz know Willow is gay? I can't remember all the dialouge from his last episode, but I think it was pretty clear that Oz got that Tara was Willow's new love.

Tara can't be replaced, granted. But no way Willow wants to be alone for the rest of her life. So that means she's gonna have to find a second best. And you can't tell me thats Kennedy. And is Willow getting back with Oz really just that out there ? After all the threads on this board talking about how sexuality in the Buffyverse is very fluid. And it kinda seems, especially today in the buffyverse, that everyone is sleeping with everyone anyway.

I think he will be happy to see a few old faces! I think that something romantic will happen between Willow and Oz. I am not sure what that is yet, but I will never say never when it comes to Joss and his Buffyverse! Something else I wanna see is how he acts with Dawn! We never got to see that in the show and I would like to hear some Oz and Dawn "Old Days" stories! I think they would be funny tales!!

I think it would be really neat to see some interaction between Oz and Dawn. As far as Willow and Oz striking up an old flame, who knows? In a live chat Jane Espenson reported that Oz was going to have someone new in his life (of course this could mean any number of things and not necessarily a romantic involvement). So, it may not happen, but a girl can dream! Anything to get Willow away from Kennedy is good in my book (Oz or no)! And it's as you say, Never say never when it comes to the Jossverse! I personally don't see anything to suggest that Willow going back to Oz isn't a possibility (unlikely though it may be). Willow was with men before, so she could go back to Oz again. As I have always said, I think with Willow it is not about gender, but about the person. So, I guess we will just have to wait and see how this arc unfolds. Whatever happens, it is sure to be great!

I still don't understand why everyone wants Willow and Kennedy to split. What's wrong with them? I've never once seen a reason to suggest that the two shouldn't be together.

I just feel like Willow can do so much better! I have always felt that Willow has had two true loves in her life. Tara, first and foremost, and Oz. Like buffyfan21 said, it's not about the gender, but who loves her.

Like buffyfan21 said, it's not about the gender, but who loves her. I don't see the "better" there. I mean, Tara is a much better character than Kennedy overall, but I think Kennedy works well for Willow. They fit perfectly in my opinion. Willow was always the strong one with Tara (usually) and this time around she has it the other way. It's completely different with the change in personality. Tara the shy, underspoken one. Kennedy the confident, overspoken one. It's radically different, but right in my opinion. I still don't understand why everyone wants Willow and Kennedy to split. What's wrong with them? I seem to have forgotten the vision panel bit that seems cheater-y. What would that be, exactly?

It's so refreshing to hear a Willow/Tara fan appreciating the Willow/Kennedy relationship as well. I agree that Willow/Kennedy has a really different dynamic than the Oz or Tara pairings did, and I like seeing that. I'd much rather see that progress than resurrect an old high school romance that's been dead for over four years.
