well, Glory is the only one who is alive and not good now (Angelus, Spike, Willow). So I'll go with her. Besides, I love me some crazy.

I'll say The Master, I would have loved to have seen more of him in the later seasons when the special effects got better, a really good fight scene instead of him just being thrown through a window.

Decided three big bads for season 7?
And I think Glory's alive, not sure if she can be killed. But like Voldemort after he had his powers removed(sorry for you who haven't read Harry Potter), I suppose Glory isn't her former self. Maybe she still exists, but have no power.
Either way, dead or not, I'm kinda tired of her.
And The Master died, good and proper, no need for him to come back, after all, he's just a vampire. We've had Angelus back three times now, so even tough he could be awesome, I'm not sure it would be wise. Spike was sort of a big bad, but he can't be used(unless he loses his soul AND memory and go back to hating slayers, not loving them). Drusilla, a smaller Big Bad would be awesome to have back tough. Not sure how scary she could be. After all, she's crazy and probably not much for planning for destruction on the big scale, so I'm not sure she could entertain us for a whole season.
Adam bored me, he's served his purpose. The Mayor, while creepy and powerful in his way, didn't have that "hands on touch". Same with The First. It's nice that we now have Twilight, who's big with the planning, and with the a** kicking.

I agree that Glory has to still be alive in some form. No way just killing Ben destroyed a God. Maybe she is livin large like the trio in my sweet banner Tabula made me.

I wouldn't want to bring any of the Big Bads back. I liked all of them, in different ways (okay, except Adam), and I think their storylines were ended in a nice way. If, say, Glory were to come back, it'd just ruin her story, in my opinion.

I've always had this image of the Master coming back and somehow having Angelus/Darla and Spike/Drusilla backing him looking like the ultimate vampire dreamteam. Possibly even ruling the Hellmouth like he did in The Wish. I can only wish for something like that in a alternate reality in the Buffyverse.

I think for me, Angelus is the definite Season 7 baddie. He was, in my opinion the most sinister, 'evil' villain that Buffy faced. Add to that how well he knew her and tortured her emotionally. I think it also could have built some huge drama leading up to the series finale.

I love that there's so much Angelus love here! He was most definitely my favorite villain.
The Angelus that I want, though, is the Angelus from Season 2 of Buffy. Not the faux in Season 3, or the Angelus in AtS: Season 4(I hated the way he acted then). Angelus in S2 was sinister, disgusting, disturbing, and maniacal, all rolled into one. He really had the D'Hoffryn way of torture down; i.e. : Go for the pain. His torture of Buffy and the Scoobies was brilliant in a villainous way, and so darned entertaining. He's the reason why I adore S2 the most.
The Master would also be another character I'd like to see return. I really enjoyed him in S1, and the effect that he had on Buffy. It'd be really cool to see him return and act towards Buffy in the same way, but observe how Buffy has changed. It'd be great!

Angelus was definitely my favorite. Glory was funny but I felt like she overstayed her welcome. I liked Willow as a big bad too but it's too awful to say I'd like to see her bad again.

A Glory return would be awesome. I mean, did anyone ever find out about Giles killing Ben? It could bring up a lot of issues if she came back and brought that up. Angelus is good too, but he comes back too often.

I think it also could have built some huge drama leading up to the series finale. But we already saw that in season two so what would be the point in repeating it? It was already done brilliantly, time to move on. For me, the First (as a concept anyway) was the ideal season seven villain. It had powerful status within the Buffyverse which made the story feel truly epic and world-ending. Also, it's ability to impersonate the dead allowed us to look back on the show's past mythology, which is nice for a final season. I wish that could have been utilized more (many dead characters were due to appear in "Chosen", like the Big Bads, Kendra, and Joyce) but we still got a lot of great scenes. As for bringing back previous Big Bads, I don't see the point. I don't want Buffy to be like Marvel, constantly resurrecting dead villains because they can't think of new ones. New villains every season please.

It would have been cool to see the Master talking about his buddies in the hellmouth late into Season 7. It was always his dream to let them go.

I wouldn't bring back any of them. Aside from maybe flashbacks. All of them are dead now, and I think all of them served their purpose and got a fully fleshed out story. And well, if Drusilla does count towards being a Big Bad, I would definitely love to see more of her. She's got a lot more story potential in her.
The Master would be nice to see more of him in the past, see how lethal he was. He was always by and far my least favourite villian cause he just looked stupid to me. As well as not that threatening.
