I would have loved Glory to have come back for S7. Screw 'The First'. All it did was stand around talking a big game, when it couldn't even touch anything.
Imagine Glory and Caleb working together. He hates women. She hates just about everything outisde of clothes, shoes and bubble baths. It would have been awesome.

I'm with everyone that would bring Glory back. I loved her. I also loved the Mayor and it seems he is getting now lovei n this thread. I don't know how they could bring him back, but I think my number one choice would be the Mayor.
Caleb is awesome too.

And well, if Drusilla does count towards being a Big Bad, I would definitely love to see more of her. She's got a lot more story potential in her. I would love to see more Drusilla. I also think there is more story there to be told. For one thing, Spike, Darla and Angel ended up being good at some point. Is there any chance that Drusilla could be? Or is she just too crazy? |

Hmmm in a gun to my head scenario I'd have to say I'd want bad Spike back, he was a lot more fun being a total evil guy then as Buffy's love slave in my opinion. I still like him a lot but he was just a ton more fun as a full on baddie. And yes I know his season was the one with Angelus as the big bad, but since Spike called himself the Big Bad I'm sticking with him

I'd go with Glory.
And it wouldn't be that hard to bring her back either.
My idea...
Yes Giles killed her off at the end of season 5. But after she died where would she go? Yep, another hell dimension.
I'd make a story where she was able to take over the one she ended up at and then just used dimensional portals to get back with her new legion of doom in tow.
A full powered Glory with an army to boot, how would the Slayer stop that?

What if we brought them all back and jammed them in a room somewhere? I think Adam would be best suited as the leader, but it would probably be The First who does it. Glory and Caleb would bicker and try to kill eachother, and Angelus and The Master would chill out in the corner, laughing at all of them.
Okay that sounds more like a sitcom than a dramedy...

Angelus has been done, and... well...
Spike's currently being a white knight over at IDW.
Drusilla... maybe.
The Mayor arc was so complete, no need to bring him back.
Adam... eh. He was good for his arc, but no more.
Glory, same as Adam. Great for her arc, but it was way too complete. Glory = the key mystery. The key mystery = done.
The trio. No.
Dark Willow. No. Not for a long, long time.
The First. Uber no.

I always thought that because Glory's powers couldn't be contained in our world, she confined herself to human rules. Which is how she could feel pain, and starting to feel emotions and stuff. So I think when Ben was killed, he was her only gateway into our world. So she's probably in the inbetween somewhere.

They should bring in an old big bad with a twist. Vampire Faith would be awesome. I always thought they should've done a vamped Slayer. That would be epic.

i would have brought back the mayor for the season 7 finale. it would have been awesome destroying sunnydale, which was the mayor's pride and joy, and then defeating him. i think that would have been nifty!

How's that for a Season 9...Buffy and gang vs Glory/Giles? Maybe Joss will use this wild card scenario. Best thing about it...a rematch between Glory and Willow. |
