Erm... I think Xander/Dawn were pretty open about their budding relationship in the previous arc. Sure, not everybody might have noticed, with the stress and all, but they're wide in the open with their PDAs.

What does PDA means (non-english speaker, sorry)?
As for their relationship, they seemed open, yes, but one asked Scott Allie if it was public, and he said "No, read closely, this is going to matter in the future" So I think that while they were far from subtle, they will officially announce it (or be forced to announce it) in 31, or the beginning of 32, in any case before this conversation takes place.

PDA= Public Display of Affection. Methinks that the big talk that Xander and Buffy had, that is referred to by Dawn, is probably what Allie was alluding to.

Totally agree, but does this talk means the relationship is in the open, or does it means that the fact that everybody knows is in the open.
Maybe the relationship between Xander and Dawn has been duly noted by everyone, but Dander aren't aware of it (being oblivious to matter of the heart has always been a part of Xander's character. Not so much Dawn though.)
Anyway, the Jeanty cover of #31 is a clear indicator, I think, that Dander will be one of the main topic of issue 31. God do I wish we had some preview art for that one...

I say bring on the Bander! This is the relationship I've been waiting for since Welcome to the Hellmouth! Besides, Dander makes me think of dander... which i'm allergic to. No Dander!

Great interview with Brad Meltzer by IGN HERE. I read this a few days ago, but didn't think to post it. Silly me. It's TWO pages, so make sure you read both. Some mild spoilers about what to expect. Good stuff.

And I guess Scott wasn't lying about "Buffy has F#*$ Superpowers . That is awesome. Do you think he said it as a joke, then realised how funny it would be.

And these are different pages from the uncolored ones we got before. Quite a large preview, altogether. So add super-speed to Buffy's list of powers. That's one we haven't seen Willow use before, so it kind of contradicts the theory that Buffy simply got back all the powers the goddesses took from the Slayers and Wiccans. It's also a power we haven't seen Twilight use, so she may be actually ahead of him in ability now. Can I just observe that it really bothers me how good a mood everyone seems to be in? We don't know what was said or done in #31 yet, but come on... all those dead Slayers. It bothers me that everyone, including Buffy and Xander and even apparently Joss, seems to think of them as cannon fodder, whose deaths are just basically special effects, and who we don't have to care about because we never learned their names or anything about them. I know it's war, and you can't stop to cry over every dead comrade... but sometimes it seems like their concern is perfunctory. All those girls depended on you, Buffy, and they got killed by the hundreds because of a bad decision you made. A bit less grinning and quipping, please.

Andrew, the lightheartedness of the pages struck me too. However I can only think this must mean that #31 covers the repercussions of the previous events, provides some catharsis and reflection to allow the characters and fans a chance to smile a bit come the next issue.

That was a very cool preview. No big worries yet about Brad's writing which is always good, and Jeanty's art looks great. Interesting that Xander always carries a gun now. Certainly some parallels there with Wesley, since they were both the normal humans of the two groups. You can already tell that some of Dawn's old issues with her sister are going to resurface, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out with the B/X/D triangle.

Not really feeling the preview, probably because I don't understand the context (obviously), but something else just feels... off. I do agree that the Buffy/Xander/Dawn triangle should be interesting though, that's something I'm excited about exploring.

Well it kinda looks to me like the Buffy/Xander/Dawn triangle is past. I didn't see any tension but who knows. I'm not liking getting these previews before we even get the previous issue. Does look abit lighthearted.

Oh my god, the characters have been FRAPTIONED! For those of you who don't read Uncanny X-Men, a "fraption" is a silly character caption written by Matt Fraction. Basically sums them up in a couple of words. (eg, Hank McCoy - Beast: Agile. Vaguely feline. Compassionate.) They've caught on with X-fans, and now every comic book seems to be doing them. They run a fine line between being witty and annoying. Not sure how I feel about them being in Buffy, especially since they've come out of nowhere.
The preview is funny but like others have said... is funny really appropiate right now? They Slayers have barely escaped genocide...
Oh, and even though I hate the character, I appreciated the emphasis on the Kitty Pryde reference, given her influence over Buffy's creation.

Hey anyone notice Buffy have same outfit as Jenny wears from Doctor Who "The Doctor's Daughter"? I think you're our winner of the Georges Jeanty challenge. A few months ago, in one of his Q&As, he said this: So you win the first part. Now... how about that second part?
