This one isn't based on American Mcgee's Alice. This one is just Tim Burton's version of Lewis Carrol's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland/Alice Through the Looking Glass. I'm excited about seeing his take on Alice but I'm not too excited about the thought of all the fake CGI on everything. Hopefully it won't have that much CGI. They might need to use CGI but not on everything! I mean look at Labyrinth that movie is mesmerizing and guess what, it barely has any CGI that isn't needed.

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
Insane cast and Tim Burton = next to godliness! It looks absolutely beautiful and I just know it will be dark and twisty, just the way I like it.

if you want to see mia.w in action check out The Defiance.
Not a great film (Zwicks worst if you ask me) but as I say she has a part in the film so if anyones interested about her and what she could be like in alice give the film a viewing. ;D
Personally, Im most excited about Matt Lucas in this film. Everyone gives Depp far too much attention.lol.

Depp EARNS that attention Stakey! He is just amazingly brilliant! And I'm not just saying that because he is unfathomabley beautiful! Haha.
But there is SO much talent in this film - it would be impossible for it to actually suck.. I say that now - and I don't care if it is a 'jinx' - it just can't possibly suck! hahaha.

And Danny Elfman is doing the score! Yes! Excellent! He is a genius by rights! Danny Elfman is my music idol. His scores are fantastic and his band Oingo Boingo is my favorite band of all time. I've been tempted to watch movies that look really bad just because Danny did the score. (I'm looking at you, Nacho Libre.)

Eh, I'm not really excited for this movie. Tim Burton has played the "I'm sooo strange, look at me make something that shows how I have a sinister mind but haven't lost my childlike wonder." He's definitely made some gems, but he needs to stop doing the same thing. He feels like a gothic kid in high school... just trying too hard.

Tim Burton ought to do American McGee's Alice, it's right up his alley. That said, I'm excited. I love Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass, especially considering how richly linguistic it is. Deliciously English and tasty. This film is probably going to be great. Can't wait!

I really love Tim Burtons work. I'm hoping that this movie will be amazing. He's come out with alot of great movies in the past. The only complaint I had was his adaptation of Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory. I found it to be really awkward at points. I've been looking forward to this movie for years. I might even go to see it in the threatres which I don't do much now since the ticket prices are outrageous!

I'm getting really sick of Tim Burton at this point. All his movies look exactly the same, and I'm really getting sick of seeing Johnny Depp in his movies. I'm not looking forward to this at all. Don't get me wrong Tim Burton has done some amazing films, but the last few were nothing special, and just felt like you were watching the same movie over and over again.
I wish they were still doing the film version of American Mcgee's Alice, that they announced like four years ago. That sounded much better than this. So disappointed that that movie isn't happening. Sarah Michelle Gellar was gonna play Alice, and Marcus Nispel (THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE & FRIDAY THE 13TH remakes) was going to direct. Would've been much better than another generic Tim Burton piece of shit.
