Guys, guys, guys! Have any of you been reading the SUPERB fanfic Clocks Of The Long Now by lostboy on Elysian Fields? It is the most original fanfiction I have ever read that combines both the canon series and comic book arc series.

I'm someone who reads and reads for fun at the public library. This author's writing is absolutely breath-taking. The Spuffy passion is utterly astounding--however, each chapter and section is not about them. There's different character's POV. Thus, the author has the skill of nailing the voice down for the characters PERFECTLY.

PLEASE read it. PLEASE. Andrew's voice makes me giggle every time during this as well. I'll shut up now.

I think you need to register on that site and stay logged in to read the stories.

Anyway, I'm all about Spuffy fanfic recommendations. The spuffy realm has some great recommendations as well now that they have forum devoted to locating lost fanfics.

I hate the idea of having to register just to read a story, cuz I'd register, read it and then have nothing to do with the site afterwards. Why couldn't there be a 'if you're 18 or over, click here, if not, go back' button?

*shrugs.* I guess they want to take that extra precaution to stop people underage from viewing these stories. Meh, it doesn't seem like a very good way regardless. Or maybe they just want to say they have so and so amount of members more than another site.

Spok? While I only really flicked through Shadow Puppets (only really reading with the Angelus puppet and onwards), I don't seem to be a fan of Tok. She's not as interesting to me as say, Beck. Wait, guess there might be some Speck in there

Yay! I've already signed up for Seasonal Spuffy. I'm debating writing a sequel to "Fin Amour" or going in a totally new direction with some Season 2 Spike/Buffy action. You know how much I love to write them bantering and I'd love to write a honest-to-god fight scene between them. Oh yeaaaaaaaaaah.

I'm debating writing a sequel to "Fin Amour" or going in a totally new direction with some Season 2 Spike/Buffy action. You know how much I love to write them bantering and I'd love to write a honest-to-god fight scene between them.

I hate to push a creator - but (whispers) season 2 Spuffy, pleeeease! Just think of possibilities. Season 2 with Dawn around. Everything's more or less the same, but Dawn's presence makes familiar events more Spuffy-positive. There is Andrew with his twisted hero-worship as well as the Mayor, who definitely has a thing for slayers; maybe Anya or Halfrek could make a visit; maybe Lilah Morgan and Lindsey McDonald have some business with Richard Wilkins and then visit The Bronze for a bit of fun... And now we have official, canonical time-travel story! Season 2 rewrites have so many opportunities to explore.

But, of course, the sequel to Fin Amour could be awesome. Season 6 with Buffy and Spike trading places emotionally - I don't remember anybody writing anything like that.

You have to create an account - but it takes a minute. The navigation is different than on forums, but first-timers adapt quickly. The upside is that BtVS community on LJ is big, friendly and supportive.

Participants have to produce new material that hasn't been posted anywhere before. If you'll make a new Spuffy fanvid, that would be great.

PG-13, season 8 comics, post #36. Buffy/Spike reunion in #36 didn't go the way fans expected - but, hopefully, there will be more interaction between them later. Angearia has an idea how it could go - ans she writes perfect Buffy, with all her insecurities, her desperation, her imdomitable spirit, her ability to bounce back and deal< and perfect Spike - bloody awful poet who mixes metaphors ("the Achilles’ heel to your heart"), jealous jerk ("boffing your beeftoy in the buff, Buff"), brave knight and fearless lover (because you have to be fearless to love Buffy).
