I started watching when it premiered on BBC2 on (I still remember) 30th December 1998. I was 14 at the time By the time "Witch" had aired I was totally hooked, and by around "Never Kill A Boy on the First Date" I was completley addicted. BBC2 showed all of Season 1, and about the first third of Season 2 then stopped. But then Sky 1 picked up the rest soon after, showing the rest of Season 2 and staright into Season 3, finishing that in late 1999. Then started showing Season 4 and Angel Season 1 in the first half of 2000. So in about the space of 18 months I ate up five seasons of Buffyverse goodness, quality Then every year I'd watch each new season of B/A on Sky 1 until Angel came to an end in 2004, boo! hiss! I think my obsessiveness peaked circa May 1999 when I went on family holiday to Florida, and been only up to early Season 2 at the time with BBC, watched some late Season 3 episodes on US TV... it was SO WEIRD seeing how much had changed in the gap! Around that time I ate a tonne of the spin-off novels, buying nearly all of them that summer. When "Becoming" aired on Sky 1 in Summmer 1999 it just totally blew me away with how amazing the show could be, and remains to this day my favourite episode of anything ever Really? I don't remember that? Hmmm, I watched pretty much from the beginning, but I guess when BBC stopped showing S2 I did too cus we didn't have Sky, but eventually we got Sky and I must off seen some of S3/4 but didn't watch it religiously until a few ep's into S5 (the first one with Glory). And I watched Angel religiously from the end of S2 and now I have all the DvDs and have seen them a million times!

I don't watch T.V. very often, but I was bored and started flipping channels to see if there was anything worth watching.I stopped on a show where a woman was being chased by some guy.I watched for about a minute, when she ran into the guy and he snapped her neck.He had fangs. The show:Buffy the Vampire Slayer The episode:Passions I was hooked at that point.

The first episode i remember watching was Tabula Rasa and i didn't understand the story. I just saw the scene of Willow laying on top of Tara and it was pretty hot, so i kept watching the show.

I was actually a fan of the movie. I had it on VHS and re-watched it over and over again. I considered it a guilty pleasure. I remember seeing the billboards for the show and thinking"Why the overly done cleavage shot?" I watched the first episode and watched the first season pretty regularly but wasn't obsessed but Season 2 I was pretty hardcore and from then on I was just hooked.

I watched some of season 1 when i was a tiny thing, but my mother decided i was too young to watch it..., in her defence i was like... 7 or younger LOL. She watched it though *grumble grumble*
I got back into it when i was about 11, round season 5 time. Got season 4 and 5 on VHS like the next day... (xmas money), my life sucked at the time, so all i did was watch those episodes over and over.... i watched the rest on TV, eventually got 6 and 7 on VHS. Then when the special edition 1-7 dvd boxset came out i used my savings on buying it (it was alot of money at the time..., like 150pounds or something...)
I watched the earlyer seasons then. Now...., i have rewatched the whole show, like, alot. I know season 5 and 6 the best though, like, litrally, when i watch it with my friends they give this look when i keep finishing the charecters sentences ;D
oh dear...
Oh and angel about a year or 2 years ago, when i bought all the dvds for that and watched it all on dvd. I was a late comer to angel.

Well I remember watching the movie WAY back when but I couldnt remember anything about it to really be into it or anything since I was so young. But I never even considered watching Buffy or Angel until this girl I had known for only a few days pretty much demanded that I at least go out and get the first season of Buffy. Since it was so cheap I decided to and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was instantly hooked and had to go out and get every season of Buffy and Angel lol.

I watched the movie during a slumber party at a friends place. Convinced everybody that night to watch it an additional 2 or 3 times. Then I borrowed it from my friend and actually kept it until my parents bought me my own copy. Then my mom told me that they made a TV show out of it and it was starting that week. It was the beginning of Season 2. I caught the first season in repeats and then got the DVDs. Angel is obvious since I was obsessed with BtVS I automatically followed Angel to L.A. and quickly fell in love with that as well, except I really wanted to kill Cordy once Doyle died.

Hmm, so the first Buffy episode i watched was "Pangs" the thanksgiving episode back in 2004.. Then that summer I watched "Wild At Heart", the one where Oz leaved. Then I was bored at the library one day in summer of 2005 and I borrowed Season 3 of Buffy out.. I watched that and thought it was cool, but something I didn't want to spend my money on. Then later on in November of 2005 my mom was shopping and found the 1st season $20 as a one day sale. So I bought it. Then I got hooked and I got Season 2,3, and 4 for Christmas that year. From January-May 2006 I got 5, 6, and 7. I was obsessed by then. Then for the rest of 2006 I collected Angel. By Christmas of 2006 I had all the seasons of Buffy, and Angel. Then I started my routine.. I watched Buffy seasons 1-7, and then Angel seasons 1-5 repeating it over and over again. I'm still doing it to that day. As I'm typing this I'm watching the season finale of Angel season 1. Backtracking again. THen I heard about Season 8..so I got all those, along with After the Fall. I am obsessed I tell you.

Boy oh boy! I caught the last 20 minutes of "Out of Mind, Out Of Sight" when i was 7, got frightened and made my older brother turn it off. Lol. It wasnt until Graduation Day part 2 aired in 1999 that i saw my first full Buffy episode. And from there on, i was hooked! Watched it on Sky weekly, and on the beeb. Baught the video boxsets and just got more into it. I too, grew up watching it with a family member, my mam. And slowly gathered a bunch of mates who love the show too. I've recently introduced my best mate to the series, watching em in order. Upto Season 6 at the mo

My friend Joe was a big fan of the show and he let me borrow the complete series in late January or early February of 2007. Even though I worked 5 days a week, went to college, and watched plenty of other seasons of shows on DVD during those months (such as My Name Is Earl and American Dad), I finished every episode of Buffy and Angel by December. Here lately I've been telling myself that I need to watch some of these new shows that I have bought the first season of, but I keep putting the Buffy discs back into my player. As soon as I sign off here I'm probably going to go watch some more =D

I started watching... I want to say May of 2007. Someone had told me about Tru Calling, I watched that, and then I was all "Oh, Eliza's cool. I wonder what else she's been in...". So I looked her up on Wiki and Buffy popped up almost immediately. I'd heard of Buffy and always assumed it was random fluff, but I was reading about Eliza's character Faith, and when her character actually turned out to be deep I was all, "Hey, it's almost summertime. Might as well get into a new show..."
The first episode I watched was Doppelgangland. I watched it on a website (eep! I feel guilty about that now). I fell in love with the character Willow (Platonically. She's just like me.) When the site I had been watching Buffy on went down, for obvious reasons, I walked all the way to my nearest Borders in my pajamas with 50 dollars in my pocket so I could buy Season 3. (I know, odd season to start out with). It took two hours to get there and back to my house. I popped it in and watched the entire season in a span of a day and a half. The next day I went out with my mom and bought as many seasons as I could with the money I had.
Hehe... sounds kind of insane when I tell it, but I've loved Buffy ever since, more than I've loved any other series ever in my life thusfar. Angel and Firefly came soon after.
