This is similar to the thread Angelsgirl made...only the opposite. What are your least favorite episodes from each season of Buffy and Angel?

Here's my list:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Season 1: I, Robot... You, Jane
Season 2: Reptile Boy
Season 3: Gingerbread (probably the best episode on this list)
Season 4: Where the Wild Things Are (easily my least favorite Buffyverse episode)
Season 5: I Was Made To Love You
Season 6: Hell's Bells
Season 7: First Date

Angel

Season 1: She (probably tied with WTWTA as the worst Buffyverse episode)
Season 2: Judgement
Season 3: Heartthrob
Season 4: Slouching Toward Bethlehem
Season 5: The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco

Season 2: Some Assembly Required, Inca Mummy Girl, Ted
Season 3: Dead Man's Party, Gingerbread (although I don't *really* dislike these all that much)
Season 4: Where the Wild Things Are
Season 5: I Was Made To Love You
Season 6: Doublemeat Palace
Season 7: The Killer In Me

Angel

Season 1: I Fall To Pieces, She
Season 2: First Impressions (I had to read a summary to jog my memory, a largely forgettable episode)
Season 3: Couplet (I really dislike the Gunn/Fred story in this, plus the Groo/Angel competition over Cordy is gag worthy for me)
Season 4: Slouching Towards Bethlehem
Season 5: The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco

This wasn't as hard as the other thread, but it was tough b/c I all of these episodes had redeeming qualities, they just weren't as good as the others.

Buffy

Season 1: Teacher's Pet (Really enjoyed this, just not as much as the others)

Season 2: Reptile Boy (During the best season of Buffy, this eppy was a letdown storywise)

Season 3: Gingerbread (Again, really liked this one, just not as much of a stand out as the others)

Season 4: Beer Bad (Cavemen stupid, me not like)

Season 5: Listening to Fear (Alien slug, yeah, not buying it)

Season 6: Hell's Bells / Entropy (Only listed b/c of them destroying Xander & Anya's relationship)

Season 7: Sleeper (I found this to be a pretty boring eppy and a poor follow up to one of the best episodes in the season)

Angel

Season 1: Somnambulist (Spent the whole eppy introducing a character that dies in the same show and is never mentioned again)

Season 2: Happy Anniversary (The story was a little lackluster for me)

Season 3: Double or Nothing (Way too much cheese for what was suppose to be a dramatic eppy)

Season 4: Supersymmetry (Turning Gunn into a murderer was hard to swallow)

Season 5: The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco / Why We Fight (The first fell flat and the second was an ill placed glorified flashback episode that did absolutely nothing to advance story or add to character development)

S4: The I in Team
S5: Buffy vs. Dracula
S6: As You Were
S7: Bring on the Night (followed closely by "Help")

Angel:
S1: She
S2: Untouched
S3: Provider
S4: Shiny Happy People (with "Inside Out" as a close second)
S5: Hell Bound

It turned out to be very difficult to pick least-favorites from "Buffy" S3 and 4. 3 was darn-near a perfect season, with no eps that sank below what I'd call "average" (and not even many of those), and 4, while not all that great as a whole, also doesn't have any truly "bad" episodes (unless you're a "Beer Bad" hater, which I am not).

And the number of votes for "The Cautionary Tale..." makes me sad. :'(

I always knew it was a very under-appreciated ep, but damn.

You'd all really rank it behind classics like "Hell Bound", "Unleashed", "Why We Fight", and "Harm's Way"?

That might make a good topic for another thread: "Episodes You Love That Most Fans Hate" ;D

I didn't realize the amount of hate the "She" receives. I think I only like it because I know someone who was in the episode, so whenever I watch it I'm like, "Oh, there's Heather".
