In Becoming part 2, how does Spike choke Dru til she passes out, if vamps don't breathe? In What's My Line part 1 (I think it was part 1), Buffy's sitting in Giles' office sharpening a knife and talking to Kendra. She then puts down the knife and starts sharpening the stake with the knife sharpener (LOL) but in the next shot, she's using the knife to sharpen the stake, which one would assume was the original reason she was sharpening the knife. That make sense?

That make sense? The reason = Buffy's blonde?

Probably the breathing thing has been mentioned, but Spike and Angel were always panting, sucking in breath, snoring and so on. For creatures that didn't need to breathe, they seemed to be out of it a lot. Angel not being able to perform mouth to mouth, cause he has no breath, but Spike being able to smoke. (err... don't you need to breathe to smoke? if Spike is ever caught with marijuana, he can be sure of the excuse "I didn't inhale")
Anya's sudden inability to drive when faced with a bright red automatic shift sportcar in Triangle when she was begging Xander to leave town with her in her car almost two years earlier in Graduation Day

A thing that bothered me was out of every potential that we know that went down to the Hellmouth (kennedy, rona, vi, amanda, shannon, chao-ahn, caridad). Only amanda died. I mean, come on you have 7 potentials we know of and only one dies? I understand why Amanda was killed off. At the very least, Rona and Shannon could've died as they were ones who showed less power than the others. Kennedy, Vi, and Caridad showed they were more better in battle than Rona. Was surprised to see Shannon survive since she was one of the last to arive. Chao-Ahn...well she's asian, im asian, im glad she survived. lol.

In season 2 Spike says twice that Angel is his sire. Once in School Hard and then again in Whats My Line? Part 2 and then it is revealed that Drusilla is his sire in Fool for Love. That has always bugged me. Seriously people its not that hard to go back and look to see who it was originally.

One thing that really bugged me and still does is when Lorne gets his head cut off in Pylea and survives. Don't get me wrong - I really love Lorne a lot. However, that move seemed motivated entirely by the need to have some tension about how dangerous their situation was without really biting the bullet and making a sacrifice. At the time, I was watching Angel on Sky One and all week after "Through the Looking Glass" they had adverts that kept repeating the Angel's line, "My friends are in danger and one of them's already dead". When it was revealed that Lorne was still alive I felt so cheated! They had worked me up all week and then nothing. I can't help but feel that the entire part was inserted simply to allow such adverts for the finale.

I want to say that I think Joss remembered about the sire thing from season 2, but decided to make Angelus the grand-sire instead, which meant that Spike calling Angel sire still works, but after the two Warren misstakes in Season 8, I'm willing to accept the idea that Joss forgot.

I actually don't mind the fact that he changed it. I like the idea of Dru being Spike's sire better, but I also like consistency, and it just bugs me that he says it twice only to have it be changed. Had he said it once and then changed it that wouldn't be so bad, but twice is just a little to much. I think grand-sire and sire are two different things. People don't call their grand-parents their parents. So, to me it doesn't work to call Angel his sire.

In the wish the first time willow vamps out her eyes are orange then the second time in the library they are green and also...i maybe wrong about this but should the library even be there if the master is free (like it did in season 1) would the hellomouth be open and the library would be obliterated in the process

I think the wish's alternate reality took place the first time the Master tried to escape. When that big vampire was his vessel and the master got stronger the more people he killed. He didn't plan on opening the Hellmouth that time at least not right away.

Yeah that does make sense but then after two years I think he would've opened the hellmouth anyway just for the fun of it and I always wondered how long the relationship between Giles and his lady friend from hush had been going on and if he became a pimping watcher with jenny and her at the same time. But she was probally a booty call...eurgh

There are lots of little continuity bits that bug me. The sunlight issue. The eye colors changing for vamps, the sire lineage, Buffy's birthday being off a couple times...

That's a good point, I never thought of that. Maybe Darla went somewhere else to do the Masters bidding. That's the best answer I can come up with other than that I have no idea.

Good on the white-hats - they killed Luke. He always creeped me out, in a "I wouldn't leave my kids around him" kinda way... EDIT: But then, he is a soulless, blood-sucking fiend, so go figure!
