The spy and the mole could be two different things, knowing Joss. The chip was found in the imprinting chair, but I don't think it's an Active... maybe Ivy? An NSA agent as an Active would have their mission destroyed as soon as they were imprinted.
Love the idea of using Echo to hunt down the spy from the inside, lol. Is it just me, or when Sierra pulled off her wig running down the hall... was that incredibly hot?
