Williams tweeted yesterday that this issue arrives on June 16th. Oh, thanks. 16th would be the US date. And we can expect this issue in Europe about the same time? There are still problems with supplying comics?

"The Devil You Know" was good. Williams has a decent handle on the character, and an exceptional grasp on the verse and continuity. He even worked a bit toward fixing an old continuity error (the fact that Angelus was said to be one of the Master's favorites in BUFFY, but showed him nothing but disrespect in ANGEL) with a flashback. Really solid stuff.

Definetly a nice start. This little sojourn for spike and Eddie should turn out nicely and should flow cohesively with the main title.

Way better.
And HC? I'd think it'd be a TPB, no?

Way better. And HC? I'd think it'd be a TPB, no? Yep! TPB! HC - I've meant hardcover And I'm glad that Spike's characterization is way better! I have a faith in Williams! I've read his posts in IDW board he looks nice guy! I've even tried to suggest him to write the Angel series, but he said Willingham is the main author... And the Spike's plot sounds interesting - these mini Helmouths, the flashback with Angelus and his partnership with Eddie... yeah, really sounds good! I have no patience to read it. And I've bought and Angel Barbary coast TPB - It's seems more interesting than Willingham current series and I love the flashback! I'd love to see a flashback series with Angelus and William The Bloody and the whole fanged 4

I also wouldn;t mind seeing a flashback mini with the old gang or even just SPike and Angel in one of there many man times together.
As for this, We know Spike front and back for those of us Who know the series. I'm interested in seeing some backround and Expansion on Eddie and Possibly some more hints as to what Spike has going on in his head now that he's destiny free so to speak.I think Wiliiams has the stones pulll it off but only time will tell.

Okay. Read the issue - not awful but very close.
- Only Franco Uru should draw Spike. This Chris Cross draws "Cro-Magnon Spike". He looks like he's in Vamp form - always.
- Only Brian Lynch should write Spike. Story was "myeh". Williams is better than Willingham (BY FAR!) but he doesn't have "Spike-voice" at all.
- I do not like sharing his story with Eddie Hope. I'm tired of Eddie hope.
Again, I'm wondering how much money I should throw at this series - which I guess - is not canon either.
