I've said it before and I'll say it again- I hate Cordelia. Wow, it feels good to get that off my chest. And I really disliked season 4 because I think it just didn't seem like it was very well thought out and logical. I found every episode coming off as a standalone and the whole season becoming incoherent

-I think Glory was annoying and not believable as a villain -Jesse should have lived beyond just one episode -Cordelia should've staked Harmony -I don't like Clem -Buffy's feelings about Angel are overromanticised and not real. -I don't care for either Gunn or Robin Wood's Characters... But I do like Mr. Trick, Olivia, Kendra and Rona.

Hush is overrated. The Gentlemen were cool, but that's about it. There I said it.

I hated how Spike came about as this really deadly vampire with a passion for fighting and two Slayer kills on his belt in season 2, but in the later seasons, his fighting abilities are a joke. It annoys me
I really like Angel and Cordelia as a couple
I like Dawn and Riley. I find nothing wrong with them. Hate Kennedy and Rona though
Buffy annoys me with her self-involvment sometimes, like it always has to be about her

^^ When was it all about Buffy?. Season 5 is the best TV show ever. Dawn wasn't that annoying.

I GREATLY DISLIKE Season 4 of Buffy. IT is by far my least favorite. The villains were lame, the storyline was eh, and the season was kind of anti-climactic. The only redeeming qualities were the intro of Tara, the episode Hush, and when Riley hits Parker. Other than tha, I do not like that season. Actually this opinion is fairly popular. I don't agree with it, but it is.

^^ Moon Eyes, that was really bold ;D I know but I just had to say it. Even bolder I didn't really think it needed a Emmy nod either. Maybe for the writing but not the cinematography. There were plenty of other Buffy episodes that were worthy though.

I know I already said that I hate Spuffy, but to further this, I literally cannot understand their appeal in Season 6.
OK, so Buffy basically beats the crap out of him whenever she feels like it, knowing that he can't retaliate. That's just down-right bullying. Even after he realises he can fight back, she still has it over on him in strength and continues to pummel him.
If their roles were reversed everyone would be screaming at the TV screen telling Buffy to leave him, and how could the writers let her stay in an abusive relationship? But because it's a girl beating on a guy, everyone finds it romantic and beautiful that Spike still wants to be with her?
And don't even get me started on the attempted rape.
I just don't understand how all this is appealing to people? How all the violence makes this relationship "hot'? It turns my stomach.

^ Well, I never found the violence part of their relationship 'hot' or most things in Season 6. The main aspect of their relationship I really liked was their friendship and trust they had built up in season 5 and 7. I don't know why it was thrown away in season 6, but that's why I like it: their trust and friendship

Illyria was lame. She had the potential to be awesome, but she wasn't due to the writing really taking a downfall in Angel season five and the fact that Amy Acker's acting wasn't even half as good as the fan base makes it out to be.
It feels good to get that off of my chest. (:

I cant' stand Drusilla. Once in a while she makes me smile. but seeing her with Spike is SO annoying she obviously doesn't care much about him. But gets upset whenhe stops caring about her so much.
The love was one-sided for most of their relationship (Spike side) and then there was no love at all. People who call their love mythic annoy me. It's not! It was never!
I prefer Angelus/Darla at least they were aware that neither of them loved the other...

It feels good to get that off of my chest. (: You broke my heart with the anti-Amy Acker. =[ I will go on record in saying that I think she is by and far the best actress of the Whedonverse, and just an amazing actress in general. But I won't dwell because it's all about unpopular opinions and ranting about them. But now I have way more, and they're mostly about Angel: - I think I said it before, but I can't remember, so I'll say it again. I think David Boreanaz is a genuinely bad actor. He has some good acting moments, but in general I think he's just not very talented.
- David Boreanaz stopped being attractive after the first season of Buffy.
- Angelus is the most overrated villain like ever. He's just a generic cocky dick villain, and he's annoyingly chatty, and so many of his lines are just cheesy and just awfully written. Especially Season 4 Angelus. Everytime he was on screen I wanted to punch the screen. Aside from Condelia, Angelus was by far the worst thing of Season 4.
- I think Alexis Denisof is generally a really talented actor in terms of drama, but I find that his acting in comedic situations is sometimes a bit too slapsticky.
- Harmony is one of the most severely underrated characters by both the fans and the writers. It was annoying in Season 5 how some writers wrote her to be someone who was growing as a person and trying to become better, and others reduced her to a characterization of herself. I'm glad that she's technically the longest lasting Buffy character ever (she was in the unaired pilot and Not Fade Away, the only one!)
- Minus Anya's The Body speech, Kate's speech to her Dad in Sense and Sensitivity is definitely the best monologue type item things in the whole Buffyverse series. I know a lot of people don't like her, but after hearing that she became an immediate loved character and remained that way until her departure.
- Spike used Buffy just as much as she used him in Season 6. It annoys me that up until the rape, people constantly seem to blame Buffy for treating Spike poorly and abusing him. But Spike was well aware that Buffy was incredibly depressed - essentially she was not herself- and that there was no way that her regular self would be with him. He was using her just as much as she was using him. It's what makes their relationship so blech to me until late Season 7.
And finally: Aside from characters that had pretty much no redeeming character traits (ex. Warren, Forrest, Parker etc.) Xander is pretty much the worst character in the whole Buffyverse. He's actually just a phenomenal ass the vast majority of the time and a little nerdspeak does not redeem him. I actually loathe him.I said it and I'm not taking it back!
