I get the impression most people don't like her, but I really love Jenny. She and Giles were so sweet together.

I always liked Jenny. I think it was a big mistake to kill her off. Much could've been done with her half-supernatural, half-technical background, and her connection to the Gypsies.

^^It's nice to know we can agree on some things.  I love Jenny and I've expressed it somewhere around here. I completely agree with both above posts and have thought many times about how many different things they could have done with her. |

I liked Jenny, but not to the extent most people did. It doesn't bother me so much that she died. I may cry in that episode... but not because I'm attatched to her.

I always liked Jenny. I think it was a big mistake to kill her off. Much could've been done with her half-supernatural, half-technical background, and her connection to the Gypsies. Agreed.....they also could have done so much more with her and her relationship with Willow. I really would have loved to have seen more screen time with them both. Willow's reaction to her death (the scene where she hears about it on the phone) showed that she really cared about her. I mean besides Joyce, Jenny was the only other adult woman figure that she looked up too. Also the wicca thing. Jenny could have been an amazing teacher/supporter/partner in helping Willow learn witchcraft. Giles was NO help to Willow when it came to that. (Especially in the beginning when she needed guidance and a mentor the most) Who knows, maybe if Jenny was still alive, Willow would have learned sooner the difference of dark magic and light magic. Willow's very first spell was the Restoration Spell for Angel and that clearly had some dark magic qualities which IMO set in motion for her being more susceptible to dark magic. i.e 6th season. *sigh* RIP Jenny and all the potential story-lines you could have had. |
