I believe sex is an intimate and passionate experience between two people. I don't think people go shacking up with a bunch of people, not because of stds or anything, it just dampens the relations to me. I don't think you should wait till you're married but wait till you're ready. Me I have not had sex yet because I wasn't ready and haven't found the right girl to share that experience.

^^You have exactly the same views as my boyfriend, it is so refreshing to see a guy speak out like that and not be embarrassed and think they have to be a certain way *karma*

I... would probably be a total slut if I wasn't in a committed relationship, heh. I mostly view sex in the Anya-fashion, like Xi said.

I learned a lot about relationships from that show. Plus I've always had more female friends then I've had guy friends, which I think really affected my views cause if I had more guy friends I'd probably be what they call a 'player'.

Girls are sluts, guys are "lucky", heroes, studs etc. Double standards suck. People who hear my numbers or listen to my views on sex tend to think of me as a slut, but I'm not! Kinda sucks.

I think the idea of a guy being a "manwhore" is starting to come into acceptance and relevance. That now even guys can't just sleep around like crazy and be heralded for it. If it wasn't for my conscience, issues, ocds, paranoias, etc, I'd probably be a huge manwhore. Waiting for marriage is the best way. Just saves you so much heartache. And I also agree with the people that say kids should not be exposed to it until way later. I knew so many people in highschool that lost it, and then regretted it very soon after. Like the next day after!!!!

I equate sex and love. Things like casual sex, pornography, prostitution, etc make my brain hurt. Typically, I don't care to get involved in other people's business, but I personally don't respect people who have promiscuous unprotected sex with random people and think it's okay. I also stay clear of people who have sex on their mind all the time, like dogs that want to hump on everything that moves. Personally, I want to have sex with someone that I am willing to stay with for the long hull and vice versa.

Hmm...
IMO, sex is really just an action. Something you do. Sure, it's probably better to do it with someone you know and trust, but it's all the same; Just sex.
I wouldn't judge anyone for their views on sex, though. If you want to wait until you're married and in love, that's great. If you wanna go out and get some right now, have fun. But really, married sex or casual sex is the same thing. Sex. You both do the same things, maybe a bit differently, but it's referred to as sex either way.

For me, sex is something I'm not having. I'm one of those wait-until-marriage people. I'm actually glad there are others on here because I only know one person like that in real life (ironically, I would totally frak this person, married or not--TMI? Lol). People tend not to understand this way of thinking, but I'm glad there are people on this thread that do.
I don't really care what anyone else does with their sex life, it's your own business (except protection--which is everyone you sleep with's business). I personally, could not have sex with someone I do not have deep feelings for. Sex means a whole lot of things, but for me, it's not going to happen with someone unless I'm in love, or close to in love with that person. I've actually tried to entertain the thought of just sleeping with people who I thought were really attractive, but didn't care for, and it sincerely grossed me out.
Oh, and I'm not sure if it matters, but for observation's sake I'll say that I'm also a "Jesus-follower."
And AngelFaith, I refer to many "lucky" guys as sluts.

^I dn't respect people who are highly promiscuous but I don't show it. Everyone's human so everyone will have aspects that I agree and disagree with, so I try not to let my views alter the way I treat people.

It's coming into existence a little bit here and there but it's still more widely accepted that girls who sleep around are slutsand whores whereas guys are players or lucky. The world's still very sexist.

Is it just me, or does every single girl on SlayAlive just love crying "sexism"? I don't know why girls are so sensitive to the word "slut" considering it a word most often used by girls when they want to insult another girl.

I was going to stay out of it, but I want to point out that girls who call girls slut, but who don't call men something equally insulting if they sleep around, are technically also sexist. In case you hadn't considered it. -EDIT Also, people who generalize seem ignorant/stupid. Don't drag the family name in the mud, twin.
