This can be fanwanked.
It could be about how quickly they drink. Some sucks it all out at once, some savor it (or it could be that some victoms simply faint).
I think The Master drinking from Buffy was a special case. He didn't seem to take a lot from her at all, and it seems like she drowned, she didn't suffer much from the bloodloss at all, so maybe it was the schock that made her faint, or there was some magical stuff going on. Maybe the afterschock of The Master being released knocked Buffy unconsious.

People here really don't like Angel, do they?
All this "he's a stalker" nonsense. Guess all I saw was a guy in the role of clandestine informant. He offered information and wanted to make sure she was out there protecting those in need - exactly what Whistler wanted him to do - while Buffy invited him to get closer rather than push him away. She wanted to know more about him, despite his resisting at first because he knew just how different they were. He learned to let that go and embrace it. Neither one forced themselves into anything.
Doesn't sound like stalking at all.
Sounds more like another excuse to bash a character for the sake of it, since so many here are totally fine with the rapist (Spike) who builds look-alike robots to screw when he can't abuse the real thing...seeing as there are quite a few females on this site, I find that all the more disturbing whenever I see all the fawning for Spike. But then he was supposedly remorseful and fought to get his soul so that makes it all okay....right. Guess he's off the hook. I'm not making an insult here, I'm basing this on what I read here and elsewhere all the time.

@ NL
It is an insult to assume you know why we think what Angel did is stalking. Why drag Spike into this, or say we're just out to bash Angel, when you have no proof that is so? How could you think that's not insulting, and in the case of being pro-Spike, irrelevant?
In one of the posts I said Angel is stalking, I said that Spike deserved to be staked, because he's a stalker/rapist/murderer so you can't assume we're all "Oh Spike is sweet and romantic, Angel is gross". It's like you didn't even read this thread. Did you also miss the "He's stalking, but with good intentions"-posts?
And about if Angel is stalking or not, or if that stalking was done out of good intentions or not, that's about how you define the word (like i've said already). For me, following a girl around when she's unaware of it or didn't ask for it and watching her sleep is stalking, even if she doesn't call the cops for it, maybe even gets why he does it.
Like I said, it's all about perspective. What I call stalking, you don't.
PS. No, I don't like Angel, I actually loathe him (for what he did on Ats, not BtVS), but Spike is my favorite character and I still manage to be pretty objective about his evil and/or creepy deeds.

It bugs me that Buffy wore her Claddagh on the wrong hand.

You're supposed to wear it on the right hand unless you're married or engaged. It's something I didn't know until I researched into them after decided to buy myself one.

I've collected them since i was a kid. At one point I think I wore a total of six somewhere on my body. Now I just have a tattoo of one on my back.

I think it's confusing having them on things other than rings, 'cos how do you define which way they're pointing?

This reminds me of when The Master drank from Buffy vs. Angel drinking from Buffy or Dracula drinking from Buffy. The bite didn't kill Buffy. She died because she passed out in the water and drowned.

The fact that she passed out from a itty bitty Mater bite is what bugged me. I haven't watched the episode in a while so my memory could be wrong, but my baby sister bites me harder on my arm when she's mad compared to how long The Master bit Buffy. I guess maybe cause she was still a fresh slayer that she went down so easily. She lasted pretty long when Angel bit her, but I think she kind of liked it. Man was did that scene have a orgasmic undertone.

I just got through watching Bargaining 1 and 2 and I just love how Buffy dug from 6 feet under and came out looking like a million bucks. In all serious she had a a couple leaves in her hair and a little smudge of dirt on her forehead. Oh and the bloody hands, but still...seriously. Even in the commentary they realized how ridiculous that was.

Man was did that scene have a orgasmic undertone. I think it was magical. Makes more sense that she fainted from the spell binding The Master being lifted than that she fainted from a itty bitty bite. Of course, he is old and powerful, maybe he usually has that effect on his victims. And she did like it with Angel, she had a an orgasm. I wasn't sure if she did or not, I couldn't tell for sure if she was in pain or pleasure or both, but I read a interview of listened to commentary where a writer thought it was funny that so many "naughty" scenes got censured but that got through (same with Tara&Willow floaty-scene in OMWF).

well that whole scene where Angel bit Buffy was supposed to be a metaphor for sex, that's how I interpreted it anyway. I mean if you look at that scene and how it is set up it is like they are having sex.

Just a weird little nitpick...
In "Wrecked," after Willow and Buffy come home and Tara leaves, Dawn points out that the pancakes Tara started making are burning on the stove. Willow walks over to the stove and stares at the frying pan. She doesn't flip the pancake, but it's burnt on top -- on the side that wasn't actually touching the pan.

Kennedy and Molly conveniently forget about Faith in the span of one episode. When they arrive in "Bring on the Night", Buffy mentions Faith when she talks about the First's plan. In "Showtime", when Vi mentions that she's heard that there's another Slayer, both Kennedy and Molly seem to be clueless.

She didn't elaborate who she was or how there was two Slayers.

Yes, but in the context of all that, any half-wit with a semi-intelligent mind would at least begin to put that into the big picture. Or heck, I'd have gone straight on and asked who Faith was.
