Aww...I know. But I just thought that the Master would be soo much better if the show had a bigger budget. I mean, the lame kicks on the rooftop ... I felt bad for the guy lol. I'm completely clueless now about Twilight. Literally clueless. I don't want it to be Harth. I don't want it to be Spike/Angel, and now that its a strong possibility its NOT GILES, I just died a little inside... lol

I don't necessarily think Jeanty's comment means he hasn't drawn the character before, just that drawing the character on a more regular basis will be new and exciting for him. He's only drawn Angel and Spike once, so (if one of them are Twilight), he could just be getting excited to get to draw them more. Can I ask you guys something? What is this fascination with Angel or Spike being Twilight. If like everyone is saying, Buffy season 8 takes place during Angel: After the Fall. Therefor it is literally impossible to be them two. I am not trying to shut down your ideas, coz I don't have any evidence to prove it wrong, but I just want to know why people jump to Angel/Spike.. BTW anyone want to see the Master come back? lol

Does anyone think this is where Xander comes in? I think he's the spy in the midst.

Did I miss something. What does everyone mean about "Xander and Dawn"

I don't think Xander will be a betrayer to Buffy. I mean, Joss said himself, he could never let something really, really terrible happen to the main core of the Scoobies. In saying that, I know they've been through a lot but they grow from it.Willow went evil, but learnt how to control the power inside by the end of it. Xander lost Anya, and a lot of other things, but learnt how to deal. When he said he was dealing with it himself, I guess it could be viewed as supressing his feelings, causing them to build up inside, but I think maybe the worst thing Xander will do this season is take a life.
I think this season will be another "Xander saved the world" things. But it won't be a defining moment for him. I can see Twilight being revealed and Xander killing him. That's about it. I really don't want to see another shred in the gang. They've been through a lot, and I'm afraid if something really big happens again between them all, they won't recover so easily for a ninth season.

I'm looking forward to this issue. I can only assume that the turnout won't be good for the gang. Maybe a death in the family, dunno. But what I do know is that now that Twilight knows that the Slayer and her gang weren't killed in the destruction of their headquarters, he's gonna find them. Now, like I always do, here is my prediction on this issue and the outcome of it: -I believe that Willow and Buffy's tortured friendship will again be sturred in this issue, with the magic, the future willow, everything. I can only assume that in the end, Willow thinks she's found something, or can do something to help, but it only causes another SPIKE in which Twilight will find them. The issue probably ends with Twilight at the temple, and everyone staring around to see an army of demons -- I think the covers represent something each in their own way. Chen's: Buffy and Willow are the two most magical beings of the gang. Willow being the mega wicca, and Buffy being the slayer that shares a connection with thousands and thousands of other girls. Whereas, Giles is the dormant one, the man on the fence, not on any side at all. He is always there to give answers, but this time, he doesn't have any. He's in a war that he doesn't believe that he can win. That is the way I've viewed him these last few issues. That's why he teamed up with Faith, that's why he stayed hidden. I believe he hid with Faith in Retreat I because he felt as though if Buffy failed, Faith could go out trying! And he would too. Jeanty: They are in a place of peacefulness, but they have to work for it. Giving up magic isn't easy. I don't think them working on the cover signifies them actually working. I believe it is a reference to them "working" towards a better future. A better world. A world where magic does not exist. Even though they don't view it that way. They view this as keeping it down to a minimum so that Twilight can't find them. But the truth is, Twilight's plan is to rid the world of magic, or so he says. So, is what they're doing, going to Oz for help, going to help them in the thick of it? Or will Twilight prevail? Again, I can't wait for this issue!

ANyone else saw Whistler on that and had a slightly hilarious relization. What if Whistler is Twilight...?

This issue was very cool. It jumps from Buffy and the gang, to Twilight and his army. From this issue I got a strong feeling that Riley is trying to protect Buffy in some way. His responses to Twilight seem as though he's hiding something. Trying to keep Twilight from Buffy. I think the art has dropped a bit in standard, just on the pages with the Twilight and his army. Overall I'd give this issue a 6/10. It loses 4 marks in my opinion becuase of the lack of progression. I know comics go slower than a season, but something has to happen at the end of each issue to make me want to get the next. Nothing in this issue makes me want to pick up the next issue, except for the fact that its written by JANE ESPENSON and OZ is in it. If it was a different writer, and Oz was not in this arc, I think s8 would be done for me. Thanks for keeping it alive Jane! XD I think its safe to say that Twilight isn't Buffy, Dawn, Giles, Xander, Oz, Willow, or Faith. lol <(-_-)>

Thanks. I think you've worded it better than me. LOL. That's pretty much what I meant, as in its just a fun, not so important story that (to me) doesn't feel true to the usual ANGEL STORIES

I know. And I agree with you. But "A movie being made about Angel" is just too far from the reality. And I know, we've been watching a show about vampires and demons, and souless beasts, etc, how realistic can you expect it to be, but you have to admit, this two-part story seems a bit too much.

Description: I started to make a video series about Prue and Echo. I don't know how many vids there will be in the small fanfic like series, possibly 5 or 6 and so for I have two. I thought I'd may as well post them here, and hope you enjoy them In the next one, Prue comes face to face again with Echo, who will be imprinted as Prue herself. Confused and all that, they have a massive showdown that will be broken off by Buffy. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Over at the VPN (Virtual-Productions Network) we make virtual series, continue shows, and make spin offs from shows. I'm currently doing a continuation of Buffy and Angel; and a spin off about Faith. Banding together with two other writers, we came up with a reboot of Dollhouse, just for fun. it's called Dollhouse: Reimprinted and these are the credits I made for them. XD

I think I will overall enjoy these stories. But has anybody else lost faith in the true nature of Angel? I loved it because of how dark it was. How we journeyed through every single change of Angel from Angelus in the past to him now fighting to become human. I think these stories are very cool, but very unrealistic. I am not trying to bash this and make people hate me, because I don't want that, all I'm trying to say is ... does anybody else feel like the main story, "A vampire with a soul fighting for his redemption" has tipped just a bit. P.S// Love the covers. I love Mooney's artworks from previous things, and wish him the best with this issue

This is what I was talking about. Giles is Twilight. The time of day is known as "Twilight" or what is happening is known as "Twilight". When day shifts into night, vise versa (night into day). So, anybody else going "oooh"....

The villains: Twilight, Warren & Amy will all die, and possibly Riley too. I think Faith, Satsu and Kennedy are goners. Willow has already died technically, but I think she'll learn of her fate before the season is over and may disappear for a while. When did Willow die?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Now is the time for everyone... gay, straight or whatever... to zip up their pants and get busy solving this very big problem they have right now with Twilight. VERY WELL SAID!! *KARMA*

Okay so I've been re-thinking about the whole of season 8 and this comic itself. The saying "It's always Darkest Before the Dawn" doesn't necessarily mean that its related to Dawn, nor does the whole Twilight fiasco. In fact, Dawn means "The beginning" or "Rise" of something! And, Twilight is the time between the change of two things; sundown to nightfall, night to sunrise, for example.
Always Darkest before the Dawn = It's always darkest before the beginning.
This means that between the seventh and ninth season (season eight) everything will be dark, or a lot of bad things are gonna happen. So, at what first made me think "Dawn Summers" may most likely mean "The Beginning". This leaves several questions relating to:
-Who survives? -Who will be forever changed? -What will be "The New Beginning" -Is there something out there that Twilight is working for, or to bring forth. -Will the Fray universe be changed, ergo, the NEW BEGINNING causing that change. -Will the Slayers be de-powered.
Think about it. I know I will.
