Why was it moved to here? It was made with the intention of if our season 8 characters die, what would you put on their gravestone?

So i thought it could be fun/interesting to see what people would write on our characters Gravestone's. (buffy's is added as an example) Alexander Harris He loved alot He lost a whole lot more. May he finally rest. Anya Christina Emmanuella Jenkins. She didn't understand humanity. But she died to save us nonetheless. Attachments:

All this discussion about WHO should be on a cover, i had a dream the other night of a gravestone. Much like a beautiful image of Buffy's gravestone at the end of season 5. Because were so used to characters being on the cover, a gravestone would come as such a shock.

Has the cat been in other issues? And i dont think the cat is definately Amy yet. Unless Allie confirmed in his questions? As mentioned before, if it was Amy, once Amy had located them, why didnt twilight strike, why did she stick around for a while? hmm.

She should let Dander have a chance. All she seems to do is wreck her relationships one way or the other. Yeah and all of Xanders GF's die. At least if Buffy/Xander happened, Xander would only leave town. If i was in Buffy's position, I'd be scared for Dawn's safety. Sister of The Slayer, GF of the man leading the Slayer army, she'd be targetted....alot. I wont be surprised if she is VERY against this.

Haha, just reading through and ive had an idea. If we set a time/day for us all to go on, and start our convos with "do you like Buffy". The chances are that there will be some poor guy/girl out there who will get more than one of us, (but to them, they'll prob think its the same person ) we could take over omegle with Buffy!!!

Remember Andrews issue in Predators and Prey. Someone noticed that when Andrew slams open the door, he makes the Twilight symbol. Well I was re reading it and on the page opposite, two words jumped out at me. "Time...travel" s436.photobucket.com/albums/qq90/Slayalive_Comics/Buffy%20Season%208/Issue%2023%20Preview/?action=view¤t=bc56112b.jpg(or go to the previews of issue 23) Andrew actually says "Theres time, and theres also Travel" but the way the speech bubble is positioned places Time just above Travel making it jump out of the page (at least to me) Twilight symbol on page 2, talk of time travel on page 3. Both connected to Andrew, Coincidence?

You've just convinced me that is must be Ethan lol. My main problem ive had since the beggining was what was the point of Amy's spell??? Amy, master spell maker, puts a cliche LOVE spell on Buffy??? Well if Ethan is Twilight, the whole point of the dream was for Ethan to get into Buffys mind, and send her flying towards ... ok i cant quite put together that bit. But it would answer my burning question as to WHY a love spell.

Interesting, has redeemed that a bit for me now thinking about it that way. But i still think Tara should have stuck it out and been a (little) more patient. Willow did exactly the same thing as Tara, there were no hard feelings held towards Tara, whereas Tara just upped and left when Willow did it.

Just chosen a random episode to watch. Chose family for the heart warming ending. Anyway... In season 6, Tara is maddened at the idea of Willow wiping her mind of a negative memory (the argument). And then in the next episode, Willow again wipes everyones mind to rid a negative memory (Buffy being dragged out of heaven), but it goes horribly wrong. This is too much for her to cope with.
Ok now back to "Family". Tara uses magic to rid everyones sight of the demon in her. It goes horribly wrong and almost kills everyone. The scoobies understand and there are no hard feelings kept.
Tara's spell is alot more selfish, and yes although Willow was also in the wrong, she had good intentions. And again, although Willow was going off the rails which helped in Tara leaving Willow, her original reaction to mind rape is quite hypocritical in comparison to Tara's mind rape a year earlier.
Thoughts?

I deliberately didnt vote for the final two eps because they were finales, of course they were going to be OTT epicness. I voted for Needs, I also really enjoyed Haunted. They were two episodes that cemented my like in the series. Both were a metaphorical window into what Joss could do with this story setting.

It was more the season 9 thing being a smokescreen, than Buffy dying for real. Sure would be interesting, and... different. But if he kills Buffy and goes "Whoops, no season 9. My bad. Had you believing there'd be one though? huh?"

Am i the only one who likes Joss's take on vampires are 'good' and 'cool'. I know its not exactly real life, but with Buffy/Twilight film/True blood and other 'cool' images of vampires, with a little persuasion i could see all the fan girls/boys loving real life vampires if they were found out to be real. I dont think the story was handled as well as it could have been, but yes i love the idea, its very mirror image of the world we live in with vampires being the 'in' thing at the minute. And with a blonde dipsy (loveable?) young woman to lead the crusade of "love us! you know not all of us kill, i used to drink pigs blood as to not kill humans". I think its believable anyway, anyone else with me?

If tv and comics have taught us anything its that the future is subjective and open to change. Prophecy and visions have been changed tons of times in the verse so I have a feeling that Buffy knowing willow goes bad in the future will help avert it from happening. Um... As far as im concerned in Jossverse (or at least Buffy/Angel) prophecies come true. But there is often some spin on it. To name a few: Buffy is destined to die in prophecy girl. She does. But is brought back. The father will kill the son (angel) turns out this prophecy was fabricated by Sajahn, (which i find wonderfully ironic because Angel does technically kill Connor in 'Home') The prophecy that Connor would Kill Sajahn. The reason the other prophecy was created. two seasons later, Connor does kill Sajahn. I think Willow will end up alive for hundreds of years, but there will be a twist to it such as Buffy needed her to do it. I still don't believe future willow was the 'same' Dark Willow we know from season 6.
