Great topic nightmare. It's a tough one for me. REALLY tough. I personally think that Season 6 is very underated with episodes such as 'Once More With Feeling' 'Tabula Rasa' and more, aswell the whole Dark Willow arc! I don't imagine many will vote for Season 6 so I guess I will!

Season 7 is definitely my favorite season, although season 3 comes in a close second. I really like Anya's development in it. It would have been perfect if Tara had still been alive, or had an appearance though... Oh, and no Rona would have helped too, lol.

Season 5, just sticks out at me for some reason!

Season 5, although at times it's a tie between Season 5, 6 and 4. Depends on when you ask me.
My favorite characters are Willow, Tara and Dawn and my favorite couple Willow/Tara, so that explains my love for those seasons. I love the magic themes that both Season 5 and 6 had, and i really like the freshness and brightness of Season 4.

Season 5 dominated the show, i love the others seasons, but season 5 had so much energy and storyline plots, e.g Dawn, Glory, NO RILEY, The Magic Box. The Gift was by far one of the best eps, it was like everything from Buffy vs Dracula added up to the finale, plus The Body was one of the most loving and sad episodes to air, the whole acting by Sarash was amazing

I'd also go with season 5. The storyline was brilliant, the villain was fantastic and it always had that epic feeling...for me at least.

i love seaaon Season 3 the most then season 2 , 4 and 1 . i don't like season 6 that much...

Season 3 is great as well, it has a lot of my favorite episodes in it. I really like the Mayor/Faith relationship in it. I think he was one of the best villains that was ever on Buffy. At least he's my favorite

lol yeah, how he was one of those cheesy characters thats obsessed with human things, made me laugh, he was great. Mayor "After every meal dirt gets trapped there... and food... and mayonaise"

the way he treats fith is great a bit like farther and daughter the writing was amazing on season 7 and 3

Season 5 is my favorite season. The whole season just really pulls me in. It is so emotional with Joyce's illness and then death, Buffy trying to protect Dawn, Tara's insanity, and then Buffy's death. I could watch this season over and over.

i could watch any season of buffy over but the final 3 season just kept getting better IMHO

Season 5 all the way. It stood out from the very beginning. It had a new sister, the best villian of all time, plus tons of Anya time . I LOVE the Game of Life moment. If I'm ever looking for a good episode, I'll turn to Season 5. Especially for "The Gift", the "Replacement" and so many more.
