Real name? Caroline
How old are you right now? 20 years old.
What do you study/do for a living? I study literature(plan on becoming a librarian)
Place you are from? Sweden(kinda in the middle)
Place where you live now? Sweden(still in the middle)
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? 10, maybe.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I honestly can't remember. I just knew after Becoming that I was hooked. And before that I rarely missed an episode.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? I think it was Welcome to the Hellmouth or Harvest(but i missed the first half or something)
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? When I spent about 6 hours a day reading fanfics and 2 more hours discussing Buffy online. I think I was 14. But even before that, I was addicted. I just didn't know it.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? JMany times.ust last week when I bid on too many Buffy-stuff on ebay without having the money. And about once a year, I realize that I spend hours a day day-dreaming about being a part of the Buffyverse and that I need to stop. There are other examples, but you get the idea.
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? I'm not a hundred per cent sure what that means *googling* No, not Buffy, but I had serious doubts about Angel season 4. But no, neither shows really "jumped".
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Xander. His homour was annoying to me at first, but now I've grown to love it.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? Warren. I don't think I need to explain myself more. There are some other characters that really bugs me, but he takes the price.
What is your favorite female character? Tara.
What is your favorite male character? Spike.
What relationship did you “worship” the most? Bangel. I think that was the first poignant romance I've seen on TV(I was ten after all), or read in a book, or heard about, so it really got to me. I'm not sure if I would feel that way today if I watched Buffy for the first time, but I think so. They were tragic, heroic and the relationship ended badly. It's hard not to get involved, specially after Suprise.
Buffy’s soul mate? No clue.(I don't really believe in soulmates)
Willow’s soul mate? No clue.
Xander’s soul mate? No clue.
Which death touched you the most? Angel's. I didn't know it at the time, not until the third season(which took a while for me to see since swedish channels don't really prioritize Buffy) that Angel didn't die, I thought so. And it killed me.
What is your favorite season and why? Season 5 or 2, hard to say. I'd rather watch season 5 eps, because they're more entertaining,a nd with season 2 I mostly just watch the second half, the second season is what got me hooked and it got a special place in my heart. I was young and that season taught me a lot of lessons about life that I hadn't gotten yet.
What season did you enjoy the least? Season 6. Half the time I loathed the characters, half the time I felt incredibly sorry for them. It's over now, I like the characters again, but I still have a hard time watching it. Actually, I take taht back. I pick season 1, because I'd rather watch season 6. Season 1 is dul compared to the others.
If you had to rank the seasons? I don't count season 8, because it's not over yet(always when I'm in a middle of discovering a new season, I think it's the best).
2-5-7-3-4-6-1
What is your favorite big bad? Angelus. So hot and evil. And I really appreciate that he's not morally ambigious, because I need a character I can hate without feeling quilty. He needs no excuse, he's a true monster.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? The Gift. Spike and Buffy at the house, Dawn almost dying, the fighting, Buffy dying, it's wonderful(ops, that sounded sadistic). Becoming is also great, but in a different way. Also, I'm so tired of crying when Buffy "kills" Angel. I do it every time.
What is your favorite fight? Buffy & Angelus in Becoming. When she grabs the sword just as it's about to strike her face, ah, it's amazing.
Do you have one favorite episode? Probably Crush.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? I don't have to tell any of you, that's for sure. You all know it. You know what I mean when I say "It's awesome". I can't add anything that you guys don't already know.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? Hell yeah. I expect it to end up in atleast my top 4 seasons-list.

Real name? Joss (no really, it is)
How old are you right now? 23.
What do you study/do for a living? Finishing uni this year.
Place you are from? London, England.
Place where you live now? Nottingham, England.
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? I think 12 ish.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I saw adverts for it and thought it looked awesome, then watched (and recorded) it and loved it straight away. Never missed an episode after that.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? Welcome to the Hellmouth.
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? I think after the episode Angel. It was at that point that I wanted to be Buffy and start dressing like her. Hee. I started scrapbooks also which just had everything Buffy in I could find.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Season 2 was awesome so I guess it increased from there...
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? Season 6 I didn't like as much as other seasons, but no.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Anya & Andrew.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? After season 5 I didn't really like Willow, but I can stand her. I don't hate many characters. Just Justine on Angel (DIAF).
What is your favorite female character? Faith. Followed by Buffy. but Faith is just so awesome.
What is your favorite male character? Oz! I miss him. He had so much more to do.
What relationship did you “worship” the most? Buffy and Angel. I really liked Xander and Cordy too.
Buffy’s soul mate? Angel.
Willow’s soul mate? Tara I guess, because Oz deserves better.
Xander’s soul mate? Anya.
Which death touched you the most? Joyce. Still cry at the episode.
What is your favorite season and why? 3. It's just full of awesome Buffyness. Great episodes, great stories, and everyone's growing up and stuff.
What season did you enjoy the least? 6. I don't like Willow and I don't care about her being addicted to magic.
If you had to rank the seasons? 3, 2, 1, 5, 7, 4, 6. Maybe.
What is your favorite big bad? Glory.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? The Gift. Fantabulous.
What is your favorite fight? Buffy and Faith in Graduation Day part 1. Best fight ever.
Do you have one favorite episode? Probably Becoming. I can watch it over and over forever. It's amazing.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? I don't really know why I love Buffy so much, it's just so entertaining, so well acted, very emotional, I love the characters, and I went through high school watching it wth Buffy as my role model and I think that's one of the best things about it.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? Somewhat. I'm not a big comic fan, but I like to see the story continue.

Real name? ally
How old are you right now? 19
What do you study/do for a living? Aspiring private detective.
Place you are from? California.
Place where you live now? Same as above.
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? 11.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I first started watching it because my friend was totally in love with it, so I decided to turn it on when I was home sick from school one day and fell in love. I got really excited when I saw michelle branch at the end of the episode. She was my favorite artist at the time.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? Tabula Rasa. Talk about the MOST CONFUSING episode to walk into right off. I had no idea what was going on.
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? When I got really upset about FX only playing one re-run a day instead of two like they used to. It was the only way I could catch up since the show wasn't out of DVD yet.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Probably around the end of the 7th season. I nearly had a heart attack when Buffy and Angel were macking after all that time being separated.
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? I'm not a huge fan of seasons 4 and 5. That's the only two seasons I've watched the least. That was mainly because I wasn't a fan of Riley and was still hoping for a Buffy/Angel reunion the whole time. Not to mention the fact that Oz ran off with Veruca and I was convinced that Oz and Willow were like, the perfect couple. Though "Hush" did come out of season 4, and that is one of my favorite episodes.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Anya, by far. She had some of the best lines.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? Riley and Dawn really annoyed me. Though I think the point of Dawn was to be somewhat annoying.
What is your favorite female character? I know this is totally lame, but Buffy. This is mainly because I can totally relate to her character; having to take on issues that weren't her own in order to help loads of people.
What is your favorite male character? Xander. He reminds me too much of my best friend.
What relationship did you “worship” the most? None, but I was damn upset when Buffy/Angel split.
Buffy’s soul mate? Angel.
Willow’s soul mate? Oz.
Xander’s soul mate? Anya.
Which death touched you the most? Joyce’s. That is the only death in the history of television/movie deaths that has caused me to cry as hard as I did. It was something human and relateable, yet tragic. Even with all the power in the world, there was nothing Buffy could do to stop her mom from dying. Watching "The Body" was very hard to do, even my dad cried.
What is your favorite season and why? Three or Seven. I loved the finales to both of those seasons. They were both amazing, and the episodes leading up to the end were stunning.
What season did you enjoy the least? Four. I wasn't a fan of Maggie Walsh/Riley/The Initiative.
If you had to rank the seasons? 3, 7, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4.
What is your favorite big bad? Glory was definitely the toughest, but I'd have to go for when Angel was the big bad. Buffy having to defeat her true love, that's the hardest thing anyone would have to do.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? "Chosen". NOTHING can beat that. That show went out with the most fantastic series finale in TV history.
What is your favorite fight? Buffy vs Faith outside Faith's place prior to Graduation. The handcuffs were a nice touch.
Do you have one favorite episode? "The Wish" or "Gingerbread". I can watch those over and over again.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? BTVS is one of the greatest shows to date. There is and never will be anything that will be like it or will top it. So many things were intricately planned and made you go "OMG!" at the right times. It's just amazing, and I don't see how anyone could not like it or not give it a chance. People are too hung up on the fact that it has vampires as a main theme and don't see the fact that the show is soooo much more than that.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? I haven't read any of them. I think Buffy was pefectly ended at season 7, and I can't imagine what could happen after the end of Sunnydale.

Ally: Good to see somebody who loves Season 7!! It's refreshing, many of us would rank that season among the bad ones (not that there are any bad seasons per se).
I also love the finales of S2 and S5. I think Buffy is at her best when she is facing her most complicated choices, like having to kill her boyfriend or her sister to save the world. We kinda got that too in Season 3 with Faith and Season 6 with Willow even though it was a little bit different of a choice.
Maybe you should try the comics, there's a story after Season 7 out there waiting for ya!!

While I do believe that the series finale ended it perfectly, I also know I'll keep forgetting to buy them--and also keep lacking in the money area lol. Maybe I'll check them out, as long as it's not hard to find the first "episode" as it is to find many of the first editions of other comics.

You may want to chack out the first arc The Long Way Home. Personally I am not a HUGE fan of Season 8 but I do love the covers. They're amazing. It keeps the show alive a little bit.

Real name? Brandon How old are you right now? What do you study/do for a living? Place you are from? Place where you live now? How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? I don't know...I was like, 6 or 7. Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? Well, I was in my room and my mother told me to go into the living room. "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" was on. She said that she was flipping through the channels and it sounded interesting. She started to watch it and thought that I would like it. So, I watched like one minute of it and I was totally absorbed. I loved it. Do you remember the very first episode you watched? No, not really. But, I think it was the episode where Buffy got stabbed with a stake by a vampire in season five, and had to get bandaged by Riley. And, it could have been the episode where Buffy got kicked by a vamp and hit her side on the grave, which broke, and then Spike tried to....you know. When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? I was first addicted when I watched my first minute of the show. But, sadly, all seven seasons were finished, it was in like 2004 or 2005 that I watched the show, since then, I was a fanatic. Got all seasons, and watched the EVERY DAY! I even cried once when I was watching the seasons all in a row, and it was summer or something and my mom told me to go to bed, lol. Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Um, the last episode for sure, and the whole Turok-Han monster episodes. Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? All the seasons rocked, and all the episode storylines did too. Which character gave you more laughs overall? Well, Xander, Buffy, and Willow. Buffy with her wise cracks and jokes at the most weirdest times. Willow with her babbling, and Xander with his obviousness, oh, and Andrew, he was funny. Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? I was bothered by Kennedy, Lane, and like every season 7 slayer person, I was also bothered by Warren, he was so annoying. What is your favorite female character? My favorite? Well, I will name three. Faith, Buffy, Willow. What is your favorite male character? Angel, awesome vampire. What relationship did you “worship” the most? Well, Buffy and Spike was forbidden love, so that one. Buffy’s soul mate? Angel. Willow’s soul mate? Tara, definety. It was enough when Tara passed to make Willow go super-b*tch, so...yeah. Xander’s soul mate? Anya, straight up. Which death touched you the most? Joyce's. When me and my mom watched it, we cried. Imma very sensitive dude. The way Buffy, the slayer, became vulnerable and normal, she cried, she was totally normal, and she was from then on, very sensitive, except when she needed to be a tough cookie, she was a metal cookie. What is your favorite season and why? I think season 7. Because it was the last season, and because there was more action, more awesome storylines, and more moves. What season did you enjoy the least? Season 4. It lacked some stuff, but I still loved it. If you had to rank the seasons? 7-5-3-2-1-4-6. What is your favorite big bad? Turok-Han. The nasty figure, and he was the only one to beat Buffy, and almost kill her, and she still overpowered him. What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? They're all TOT awesome, but the last episode's finale. I was kinda sad because it didn't show what happens to them AFTER Sunnydale is gone, but, I then found out that Sarah Michelle Gellar wanted to have the show end at it's greatest rate, greatest season etc. What is your favorite fight? The fights between Faith and Buffy, mostly the Graduation Day fight between them, and the Turok Han fights, the Glory-Buffy Fights, the Dark Willow-Buffy fight, and the last fight of the whole series. Do you have one favorite episode? Chosen, because it's the last one, has more action, it's just great. Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? The humor, action, drama, the main star dieing, they weren't afraid to go beyond. And, also they included normal life difficulties, they made all the characters have some normaltily in their lifes. Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? I don't know, I have never read them.. I wish to read all the Buff comics, but...

Real name? Kimberley How old are you right now? 19...well 20 next month. Clinging onto the last remnants of my teens haha What do you study/do for a living? I'm at Uni doing a Social Science Degree. Wanting to get into Psychology/Psychiatry. Place you are from? Sunny Scotland, near Glasgow lol. Place where you live now? Same How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? First when I was 8 or 9 but didn't start watching consecutively until 12/13 ish. Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? First episode I ever saw I wanted to be Buffy, she was with Angel at the time as it was season 1 I'm sure and I was thinking he was the coolest guy ever. Which I find quite ironic considering I'm a die hard Spike fan now. And being a Spuffy fan kind of altered my feelings towards Angel for a while, aww poor Angel. Now I'm a huge fan of both though, they are hilariously petty together and uniquely lovable on their own too. But yeah my appreciation of strong female characters pushed me to like the show immediately even though I didn't watch it religiously until a few years later. The shame Do you remember the very first episode you watched? I'm not 100% sure but I think it was Season 1 Angel as Angel got vampy and there was tension between them. So yeah I would guess that ep but I was quite young at the time. When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? When I was whistling the theme tune on the way to school and in class lol, and telling my friends over and over about scenes and episodes of the show haha. In hindsight I was worse than magic junkie willow Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? When I was 12 and got Season 6 for my birthday on dvd, I had perfect attendance and took 2 days off to watch Buffy dvd's lmao. It was close to the end of term anyway. Before that though when I was watching Season 6 air on tv Giles' "I'd like to test that theory" I got Goosebumps and silenced my living room to hear when the next ep would air haha. Aww I'm hooked so much Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? As a die hard fan I would say no it didn't, however, I felt season 3 was one of the weaker seasons personally. And even though I absolutely love love love season 6 I would have changed quite a few bits here and there. Seeing Red wouldn't have happened; Tara would have lived,Anya and Xander would have got married and Spike would have backed off got his soul back and waited til Buffy ran into his arms with realisation lol. Which character gave you more laughs overall? Oh God way too hard. All of them. Spike was hilarious. Anya had me near tears so many times. And Willow was pretty amusing too with her ramblings etc very relate-able. Xander and Andrew made a great double team too. Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? Rona made me want to scratch my own eyes out. Riley had a lot of inner resentment from me but I think it's due to the whole blocking Spuffy season 4 and 5 haha, he is okay in a few episodes. What is your favorite female character? From Buffy. Willow, I never thought it was but now I realise how utterly brilliant she was/is What is your favorite male character? Spike What relationship did you “worship” the most? Spike/Buffy Spuffy hands down. But I really loved Willow/Tara too. Buffy’s soul mate? Spangel. As shocked as I am to say it I don't think Spike or Angel individually were but a mixture of both would have been Buffy's ideal. Okay I need to say...Spike. Just because it felt wrong not to lol. Willow’s soul mate? Tara. Xander’s soul mate? Anya. Which death touched you the most? Angel in Becoming or Spike in Chosen. I just love redeeming deaths What is your favorite season and why? Season 7, I really thought Joss managed to do it justice. Admittedly seemed rushed well because I knew this was the end but it just had something to it like, yeah this is the end but not really. A kind of uplifting feeling that's hard to describe. What season did you enjoy the least? Hmm season 3 even know I think Faith is five by five I thought there were a lot of weak plots. If you had to rank the seasons? 7,6,5,4,2,1,3 What is your favorite big bad? Dark Willow What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? For my loyalty to Spike Season 7, Chosen. Every time I watch and hear Buffy's feminism erm sorry slayer speech I get goosebumps, and seeing Spike finally get recognition, respect and love makes me smile a lot...even though the redemption mean he burnt to a crisp *We all knew he was coming back in one way or another* Although Season 6 Dark Willow was a close contender and absolutely blew me away, hooked me from start to finish. What is your favorite fight? I love the big Angel/Buffy fight in Season 2 it was amazing particularly when Angelus strikes at Buffy with the sword and she catches it then kicks his ass. And Lies My Parents Told Me was pretty much all amazing fights, love the sub-way fight and the Wood V Spike fight when Spike starts to fight back Do you have one favorite episode? Lies My Parents Told Me, Fool For Love or OMWF. Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? It's unique. Really in it's most simplest form it is unique, it just lured me in like no other tv show. And better yet kept me entertained, sad, happy, crying, laughing and in admiration for 7 years. Something Special indeed Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? Not as much as the show I think there are some definite OOC moments, like Satsu, if Buffy was going to give women a whirl I'm sure it would be with Faith...or maybe that's just me lol! But overall I love having Buffy still alive and with us

Real name? Jen
How old are you right now? 22
What do you study/do for a living? Art Therapy
Place you are from? West Springfield, MA, USA
Place where you live now? Cambridge, MA, USA
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? Let's see, it was 1997 when the show began, so I was 11 or 12.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I think it's safe to say that I was intrigued at first. I didn't quiet know what the show was about, but I knew that it was pretty fun to watch. As I grew and the show grew, I fell in love with the characters and the themes. I don't think I'll ever have another Buffy.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? I believe I saw the premiere. "Welcome To The Hellmouth"
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? Season 2, when Angel turned bad and I was bothered for the whole week in between episodes.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? RIGHT NOW!!
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? Jumped the Shark? I guess that means something bad. I think the only times I ever think "God I hope this episode is over soon" is when Dawn is really whiny and ruining things in S4+5. But even then, I still watch the episodes all the way through.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Xander, hands down.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? Dawn
What is your favorite female character? I really like Faith. She is an incredible character that is a mixture of hero and villain. Her psychology had such depth and truth to her struggle to find herself, and I think everyone can identify with her at some point.
What is your favorite male character? Xander. He is the representative of the normal people/viewers in the Buffyverse. The only character to remain un-mystical/super in the verse. Xander is the loyal friend and brother figure for our protagonist. Many times he is the only one who can help Buffy and other characters see what is right in front of them. He also provides great comedic relief, and his stories are usually very fun to watch.
What relationship did you “worship” the most? Riley and Buffy
Buffy’s soul mate? I don't know if anyone would really be considered a soul mate for Buffy, I think that her soul mate is not a person, but the action of being the Slayer and helping people and fighting evil.
Willow’s soul mate? As much as I looooooooove Oz, Tara is definitely Willow's soul mate.
Xander’s soul mate? I don't think Xander has met his soul mate yet.
Which death touched you the most? OMG JOYCE! Not only was she an awesome mom, she was replaced by Dawn as the 'family unit' for Buffy-yuck!
What is your favorite season and why? S6 is great because at this point in the series we have established characters and relationships and norms in our main characters lives, and in this season all those norms are pushed and bent and tested. I think it is a dark season, but in the darkness we get to the root of a lot of things that needed to be adressed in the show.
What season did you enjoy the least? I don't love S7 like I love the other seasons, and S1 does stand out as sophomoric compared to the other seasons.
If you had to rank the seasons? *best*6-3-4-5-2-1-7*worst*
What is your favorite big bad? I love Glory and the Mayor.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? "Grave"
What is your favorite fight? Buffy VS Faith is awesome in so many ways.
Do you have one favorite episode? No, and my favorites change all the time.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? No matter what's going on in my life, I can watch Buffy and it is almost like therapy. Buffy and her friends are faced with ultimate evil all the time, and they persevere and rise up. Buffy herself is a role model for me personally, because she isn't perfect, but she never stops fighting for what she knows is right.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? I do very much.
This was fun, thanks! -Jen

Real name? Jamie
How old are you right now? 19
What do you study/do for a living? Professional Writing
Place you are from? Toronto, Canada
Place where you live now? Toronto, Canda
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? I honestly can't remember. I think possible while I was in grade 7 or 8, so 12-13?
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? Well when I first watched it I only caught the ending of one episode, and I thought it was funny, but I never ended up following up on it, but I watched a couple of episodes every now and then. I didn't fully get into it until my sister (who followed through the whole series starting third season I think) bought Buffy the Complete Series boxset, and after watching several of them with her, decided to go through the whole series myself.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? Gingerbread. I remember cause whenever me and my sister talked about Buffy before we both had watched through the whole series, we would always quote the line "...we're here to save you...?"
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? I realized how I was addicted to the show and needed to watch through the whole thing after watching "The Gift" with my sister and being absolutely amazed at how good it was.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Not overly so, no. I think cause I missed out on it's original run, I never was incredibly anxious, as I could just put in the next episode. Although, now that I think about it, I remember going through all of season four and five in two days I think, which is kind of ridiculous. I also remember after finishing season seven I wanted to go back and rewatch the whole thing, and I did end up watching some of my favourite episodes.
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? Never. There were some episodes that were definately misses, but they always had something to contibute as well that still made them enjoyable television.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Definately Anya. In season four, she really came into her own, and her literal interpretations of everything was just hilarious. And her obsession with sex and capitalism.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? I think I'm going to get beaten up for saying this, but, Xander. I mean aside from obvious people like Warren, I thoroughly can't stand Xander. He is by and far the biggest jerk out of all the characters and seems to hold a grudge against Buffy for not falling in love with him. I mean in almost every season Xander chooses at least one episode where he decides he's going to point every flaw of Buffy's and how she should fix them (Dead Man Party, Selfless come to mind quickly). Add this in with his horrible treatment to Anya, who he constantly neglects and demeans in front of all of his friends. He even acts ashamed of her in multiple instances (his refusal to announce their engagement comes to mind). Add in him leaving her at the altar, publicly embarrassing her and breaking her heart. And then the moment where I lost all respect for his character was when he yells at Anya for having sex with Spike. Yes, he did make me laugh, as he was funny, but god was he ever a jerk.
What is your favorite female character? Anya by alot. Not only did she make me laugh alot (the dance of capitalist superiority!) but she also had some of the most touching moments in the series in my opinion. Her speech in The Body, her wedding vows, her begging for Xander to stay at the church and get married to her, her song about how she cant wait to be married to Xander after she was stabbed by Buffy, all some of my favourite moments in the series.
What is your favorite male character? I think I might be cheating a little by referencing Angel but, definately Wesley. If we were just to include Buffy episodes he wouldn't even be on my radar, but how he evolved into a certified badass on Angel made him so interesting. I also loved how even in Buffy he was willing to make sacrifices for the greater good (his suggestion to leave Willow with the Mayor), which I think makes him very interesting as so few other characters are unwilling to do that (not that I necessarily agree with his choices all the time, case in point being the former example of Willow).
What relationship did you “worship” the most? If we were to go strictly Buffy on this one I would answer Willow and Tara, as there's so much love between the two of them, and they are both just magnetically drawn to one another. But, I have to voice my true opinion, as it is set in the same universe, of Wesley and Fred. Two seasons of buildup for so little time, but all of those romantic moments between them were so precious and tender.
Buffy’s soul mate? Angel.
Willow’s soul mate? Tara.
Xander’s soul mate? No one. Haha, okay, well just not Anya, she deserves better.
Which death touched you the most? I would like to say Anya as she is my favourite character, but it happened so quickly that it didn't give you much time to grieve. If I was to go for deaths that happened in Buffy, I think I'm going to be the only person that says Jenny Calendar. I really liked her character and I think the cruel way Angelus set her body up to mock Giles was just so heartbreaking. I also found it especially upsetting how her death happened right after she was being accepted back into the group again, and getting back together with Giles. If I can diverge again though, going to it's sister series, I think the most touching death overall is by and far Fred. Man, is Amy Acker ever brilliant. The one line she says to Wesley while they're in the lab and she's trying to find a cure breaks my heart every time, "I lived in a cave for three years where they slaughtered humans like cattle, I am too good for this!"
What is your favorite season and why? Season 5 definately. I think Season 5 of Buffy is probably my favourite season of television ever produced. Not only was Glory a fascinating villian, the whole season was wonderfully crafted with absolutely amazing performances by all the actors and Buffy's self-sacrifice was so poignant and powerful it just summarized the season, and to a point the series, so beautifully.
What season did you enjoy the least? Season 1. Nothing overly special happens in the season, I mean there's some funny moments and some good dramatic moments but I don't think there's any particularly outstanding episodes.
If you had to rank the seasons? 5 > 3 > 4 > 2 > 7 > 6 > 1
What is your favorite big bad? Glory. She was amazing, and hilarious. She posed such a threat yet was so ridiculous, it was such an interesting juxtaposition.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? The Gift outweighs every other finale by a lot in my opinion. I just wrote a paper on it actually, which is amusing. It had action, comedy, and drama. I also think most importantly, it had a strong message of feminism behind it that wasn't blatantly stated (sorry Dollhouse, but I hated that message in Omega it was cheesy and forced), but easily observed. I especially love the duality of Glory and Buffy, how they're dynamic opposites of one another. But most important, Buffy's dive into the portal is just awe-inspiring.
What is your favorite fight? I think I'm also alone in that my favourite fight is between uber-Buffy and Adam in Primeval. I loved how he handed her ass to her earlier in the season, and then she just overpowered him so much it was so interesting. I loved how carelessly she moved through the fight, there was no concern, she was going to win, so just watch it happen. Very close runner-up is Buffy vs. Faith in her apartment/on her balcony. I think everyone else has already said why it was so well done.
Do you have one favorite episode? The Gift. Just an amazing episode of television.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? The characters. They're all so well written, and all of them adapt and evolve as the season's go on, which is so rare in television. Even the ones I don't like.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? I think I'm in the minority when I say no. They seem to drag out to me, with nothing really being accomplished. I also don't like some of the plotlines within the comic (especially Giant Dawn). I do enjoy the Angel comics however.

Real name? Nichlolas
How old are you right now?
18.
What do you study/do for a living? Acting.
Place you are from? Chicago.
Place where you live now? Joliet, Illinois.
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? 7 and in second grade.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I watched the first 10 minutes and changed the channel...I had ADD or something and then the encore came on and I was hooked.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? Welcome To The Hellmouth.
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? I was hooked since the very first episode, but I remember we had a little scare because I was going through some problems and in 8th grade, we found out that I was literally addicted to the show, as I began shaking when I wasnt watching it.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Read the answer to the question before this one. i think that tops them all.
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? Nope, not at all. The only thing that was almost a miss, but thankfully soared, was Dawn. I remember tuning into the premiere and being so pissed and confused because I thought I missed an episode.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? Probably Anya. She was funnier than anyone else, but I really like Andrew as well.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? I could NEVER stand Kennedy, but Kathy also made me want to shoot myself.
What is your favorite female character? Buffy. I love everything from her decisions to her clothing choices. Everything about her is 100% amazing and thats why she is my hero. She shows that people can make mistakes and still continue to grow.
What is your favorite male character? ANDREW! He is the doppleganger of myself!
What relationship did you “worship” the most? i am a huge fan of Buffy and Angels relationship, but I also loved Willow and Tara. Now, theres Kennedy and I want to dig out Buffys bazooka.
Buffy’s soul mate? Angel.
Willow’s soul mate? Tara.
Xander’s soul mate? Anya.
Which death touched you the most? Buffys touched me deeply, but I felt like Joyce and Taras deaths were the hardest to deal with. They both had me crying my eyes out because it was something so natural and so deep.
What is your favorite season and why? Gosh, thats hard because I love different things about every season, but I think that Season 5 was probably my favorite because it became more adult that season and dealth with more mature problems.
What season did you enjoy the least? Probably either Season 8, but its not over so I cant really judge it yet, but maybe Season 1...Idk. I love them all.
If you had to rank the seasons? 5-7-3-4-6-2-1-8. I think season 8 is amazing, but there hasnt been any real character development within the last couple of issues so right now, its not my favorite.
What is your favorite big bad? Faith was amazing and so was Glory.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? Probably season 5. It had me in tears, but I thought that season 3s finale was so deep and meaningful.
What is your favorite fight? God, all of them. Well maybe not all, but I really enjoyed the one on ones rather than the war fights like Chosen.
Do you have one favorite episode? I cant have just one, well maybe I can...we will go with...hmm...frak. Well, I actually really like A Beautiful Sunset.
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? I wrote this in another thread, but its so relateable. Buffy is life and thinking about actual life sucks. But the thing about Buffy is, its an excape and its something that I can turn to whenever I need to. AHH, go look in the other thread.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? HELL YEAH! Its obviously not the tv show, but I accept them as the Buffyverse and they are pretty great for that medium.

Nicholas, thanks for answering the questionnaire, so you're an actor? Do you take acting lessons and stuff? I'm kinda jealous. I've done a lot of acting my whole life but I dropped the whole thing because it's so hard to be successful in this industry.
You should post a recording in our accent related thread. I'd like to hear a Chicago accent, I'm a big fan of the Midwestern accent.

Real name? Eve.
How old are you right now? 16 years old.
What do you study/do for a living? I'm currently studying VCE.
Place you are from? Australia.
Place where you live now? Australia.
How old were you when you watched your first Buffy episode? I think I was about 12 or 13.
Did you like the show right away or did it take time for you to get into it? I pretty much liked it straight away but I only watched one episode, and then had to wait like, a year to watch the rest.
Do you remember the very first episode you watched? One of the episodes in late season 5. I can't remember exactly which one.
When did you first realize you were getting addicted to the show? As soon as I watched season 1 in entirity.
Were there any other specific times when you felt like your interest for the show kept increasing, even to a point where you could no longer control it? Of course, I still go watch all the episodes over and over again and fall in love all over again.
Do you feel like the show ever jumped the shark at some point over its seven years of running? No, except season 7 was a bit dull for my liking.
Which character gave you more laughs overall? I'd have to say Anya, she is so hilarious.
Was there a character you really couldn’t stand? Dawn and Riley. They were just so annoying. Dawn was always winging about something, and Riley was just.. well, plain boring.
What is your favorite female character? Well, I'll stick by Buffy. But, other than Buffy, Willow!
What is your favorite male character? Angel, then Spike, and I really liked Oz. Oh, I can't forget Giles. *sigh* Amazing.
What relationship did you “worship” the most? Angel and Buffy.
Buffy’s soul mate? Angel.
Willow’s soul mate? Tara.
Xander’s soul mate? Anya.
Which death touched you the most? Mm, I find this hard to answer because I cried and was really touched by every death in the show. I think the one that really shocked and touched me was when Anya was sliced in Chosen. D: Just the fact that she was really gone and wouldn't be coming back, even though I thought her and Xander would get back together. Also, when Joyce passed it was quite touching. And I still cry every time I watch The Gift when Buffy jumps. And when Spike sacrifices himself. Oh I can't decide.
What is your favorite season and why? I think I'll say season 3, because of all the growth with all the characters.
What season did you enjoy the least? Probably season 7. I found it fairly dull, and I believe there should have been a massive end. Not just 5 minutes of BOOM, Sunnydale gone.
If you had to rank the seasons? I really cannot rank them.
What is your favorite big bad? I loved Dark Willow.
What is your favorite episode finale (or final arc of a season)? I really loved them all, except season 4 was kind of plain.
What is your favorite fight? Glory and Buffy fights were always fun to watch. The magic fight between Dark Willow and Giles was touching.
Do you have one favorite episode? Once More With Feeling!
Finally, what would like to add? What’s so special about BTVS? It's an amazing show and I'm in love with it.
Do you enjoy the Season 8 comics? I've not yet read them. It's hard to get them here. But, I'm sure I will enjoy them once I finally obtain them.
